Find the most comfortable resting position.
Allow your body to feel heavy,
Completely supported by the earth.
Close your eyes and soften your jaw and allow your breath to be natural and effortless.
We'll move through the chakras,
Bringing balance and ease.
At the base of your spine,
Imagine a warm red glow.
Feel grounded,
Steady and safe.
Release any fear and trust in your foundation.
Just below your navel,
See an orange light.
Feel creative and fluid,
Open to joy.
Let go of any old emotions that no longer serve you.
In the center of your belly,
A golden yellow light shines.
Feel strong,
Confident and worthy.
Release self-doubt and step into your power.
At the center of your chest,
Imagine a soft green light.
Feel love and compassion flowing freely.
Release heaviness and open to forgiveness and connection.
At your throat,
A calm blue light glows.
Feel your truth alive within you.
Release the need to hold back.
Your authentic voice is enough.
At the space between your brows,
A deep indigo light.
Trust your intuition,
Your inner wisdom.
Release confusion,
Invite clarity.
At the crown of your head,
A radiant white light.
Feel connected to something greater,
A sense of wholeness and peace.
Release all striving and simply rest in being.
Now imagine all of these lights aligning,
Flowing together like a rainbow of energy.
Balanced,
Clear and at ease.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in and a long,
Soft breath out.
Let go of everything that no longer serves you.
Rest in stillness.
Rest in balance.
Rest in connection.
