This is my favorite meditation music I use in my daily practice. I experience a more restful night sleep. I find I have more patience and more tolerance with others. I feel so refreshed mentally, emotionally, and physically.

Love this. I have some at-troublesome medical issues and am currently fighting a sinus infection. Though I was engaged in some genealogical reading while listening, I noticed about halfway through the track that I felt a bit "lighter," my coughing had virtually disappeared, I'm breathing easier, and the headache is much less intense than it was before. Having not taken any medications this morning to account for this, and all other self-care being constant, this track is the only variable. This, I must include that whatever it's doing seems to be working - and I just might put it on for a second playback (or alternate it with the 285 track which helped me so much post-surgery).
