Lezione 1
Winter Whispers: Introduction
Welcome to Celestria! We begin our journey in Winter, our Yin season of stillness and quiet reflection. Today we set the stage for this adventure as we explore the themes of new beginnings and curiosity. I encourage you to let this course wash over you rather than trying to understand everything. Treat it like a meditation, holding awareness in your inner world while you listen.
And I invite you to reflect on what feels lacking in your life right now and what has drawn you to this course. If you wish, record your findings of feeling, fathom, fortune, and utter disappointment in a journal. Tomorrow we will explore the theme of fear.
Lezione 2
Familiar Echoes: The Alchemy Of Fear
Yesterday we set the stage for this adventure, exploring themes of new beginnings and curiosity. Today we awake to another Winter’s day, our reflective mirror, inviting us to look a little deeper into our inner world. We’ll explore how fear manifests in our bodies and how we can better meet it with acceptance and presence.
Our balancing element in this watery season is fire. You’ll learn how to turn fear into energy and approach it with curiosity rather than avoidance—balancing Yin and Yang and working with fear instead of against it. We’ll do a short meditation, using the breath to manage fear, and another practice noticing how fear appears in your body, using acceptance as a tool to meet the experience. Oh, and mind the jitter jacks as you go—but there’s nothing to fear.
Tomorrow we’ll explore the art of presence as a way to deepen our skill in working with fear and dropping into our inner world.
Lezione 3
Broad Brushstrokes: The Art Of Presence
Yesterday we used our breath along with acceptance and presence to work with the sensations that come with this. Today, as we awaken to another Winter’s morning, greeted by wind, snow, tea, breakfast, seal pups, and laughter, we’ll explore what it means to be truly present. Presence need not be a solemn practice—it can be a playful art. We’ll open to life and embrace the adventure, even while feeling fear.
Together, in meditation, we’ll practice breath awareness while connecting with our hearts with a smile as a way to connect with the seasons in our bodies, embrace vulnerability, and cultivate self-compassion.
Tomorrow, we will continue to explore fear, and you will learn ways to take control when it arises.
Lezione 4
Thunderstorms & Rainbows: Facing Your Fears
Yesterday we explored ways to cultivate presence as a way to tune into our emotions, body sensations, and thoughts through the ‘smiling heart’ practice. Today we greet our last day of Winter, as the season begins to turn. Before we move into Spring, we must face our fears head-on with confidence and energy in a transformation meditation. You’ll learn how to dance with fear, take control, and harness its energy—all with a little help from Pete the pig.
Tomorrow we welcome Spring, our airy season, embracing it with earth as our balancing element for grounding and stability.
Lezione 5
Mind The Bees: Staying Grounded
Yesterday, we faced fear head-on in meditation, transforming it into a new energy, holding courage and a wildness that can empower us to try new things. As Winter thaws, we transition into Spring, our airy season, balanced by earth. Here we’ll learn how to keep our feet on the ground when life shifts to a quicker pace. Spring invites new beginnings, freedom, and growth. I encourage you to use the unguided spaces to sit and be, allowing yourself to be present in this moment.
And unlike Ambrose, we don’t need magic to overcome obstacles—just a head held high, feet on the ground, and a hand on our heart. We’ll also do a meditation to help you feel grounded anytime life feels unsteady.
Tomorrow we’ll connect with our hearts and discover how to find peace in any given moment.
Lezione 6
Shiver And Shine: Enchanting Your Heart
Yesterday, you learned how to keep your feet on the ground during times of turbulence or transition. Today, we wake to a beautiful Spring day where we’ll explore loss, change, and new responsibilities. As we head to Fairendale, you’ll learn the power of enchanting your heart—a simple meditation practice that cultivates joy and reconnects you to yourself. Don’t worry if the shiver happens or not. It may come sometimes and not others, or never. Just feel what you feel and know there’s no wrong way to do this.
Tomorrow we step into Summer, balancing the fire element with water by way of rain, as we learn about the power of fragility and love.
Lezione 7
Summer Rain: Of Fragility And Love
Yesterday, we explored ways to connect with joy and presence through a short meditation practice on the heart. Today, we wake in Summer, in the city of Fairendale, embracing this fiery season with the balancing element of water. Here we’ll learn how to find peace during the busier times of life.
You’ll meet Aerwy, the sorceress, who challenges you to stop searching for answers. Summer also teaches us about fragility, love, life, death, and the humility of being human—embracing the mystery of it all. We’ll also learn how an awareness of life’s cycles helps us accept the ups and downs of life and plant us in the present moment. Our meditation will be a deeper practice of being with yourself, just as you are, with a little less guidance and more space. Don’t worry if you feel restless—I encourage you to sit through it and see what happens.
Tomorrow we journey on into Summer, continuing to explore ways to become present and smile back at this strange life we have as human and spirit, coexisting.
Lezione 8
And Lighter Still: Smiling Into Life
Yesterday, we explored themes of letting go and being in our own company without distractions. Today, we wake on Mithril Peak, nearing Autumn, where we’ll explore what it means to be both human and spirit, coexisting as one. Here you’ll learn how to allow presence and joy to arise naturally. Our meditation will be a practice of bringing awareness to the back of our head as a way of stepping back and seeing ourselves from a new perspective. Why are you still reading this anyway? Just pause, listen, smile. There you go!
Tomorrow, as we move into Autumn, we’ll explore what it means to be in the ‘in-between’—the space where nothing much happens, but there is an aliveness and magic held within it.
Lezione 9
Midnight Wings: Finding Peace
Yesterday we explored what it means to be both human and spirit, and we practiced stepping back to see ourselves from a new perspective, beyond the story of our life. Today, in full flight, we enter Autumn—our earthy season, balanced by air. Together we’ll explore themes of letting go, mortality, and rest.
You’ll discover that the “in-between” is simply any ordinary moment—imperfect, yet met with presence and a smile. In this way, we make peace not only with the present, but also with all that has been and all that is still to come. We’ll also take time to reflect on and gather the threads of our journey, preparing to close our adventure tomorrow on Day 10.
Lezione 10
Autumn’s Cloak: Closing Whispers
On our final day, we arrive fully in Autumn. Here, we close this journey with reflection and the integration of all we’ve learned along the way. Our meditation will bring together and balance all the seasons that live within us.
You return with a smile that carries both joy and sorrow, knowing you can hold them together. We end with a few final whispers of wisdom to carry you home as you transition back to Earth. It’s been a joy having you by my side. Celestria will miss you—but remember, you’re always welcome back.
