Understanding Self-Worth
Today we are going to be exploring the roots of your self-worth or lack thereof. We will be understanding what self-worth is, and how it differs from self-esteem. We will look at how we measure self-worth, why we may be questioning our worth, how abandonment wounds affect our self-worth and how this may leave us with an
insecure attachment style.

Reframing Your Self-Talk
Today we are going to be exploring limiting beliefs, what they are and how to reframe them. We will look at the different types of core beliefs we hold, and how they are categorised. Together we will challenge those thought forms and where they come from. We will work to transform your negative self-talk, through understanding where it originated, and how your 'parental tapes' may need to be questioned.

Setting Boundaries
Today we are going to be delving into boundaries, and learning how we honor ourselves and our worth by setting limits. We will look at the different types of boundaries we set, and what healthy boundaries look and feel like. We will understand what it means to honor and advocate for yourself - how to stand up for what you want, desire or prefer.
Lezione 4
Discovering Your Personal Values
Today we will be looking at your personal value, and how to strengthen this. We will be using a core values exercise to deepen your connection to what is of the highest importance to you. We will then be able to understand how to have you living in greater alignment with the things you care about the most. With a better understanding of what you value, you are able to make better decisions, create a stronger identity and live a life that is authentically yours.
Lezione 5
Becoming Worthy
Today we will be closing out our course with what it means to become worthy. True worthiness is knowing who you are, what you stand for, and what your preferences are. We will look closely at the essential qualities we need to embody that contribute to our sense of worthiness.
