Acknowledging The Light Within
In our opening practice, you are welcome to explore your light, your gift, by bringing it to the front of mind and finding it within your body. Through a visualization meditation, we'll practice seeing how our gift can positively impact those around us.

Care For You
When we extend ourselves by becoming more visible in the world, we will need a greater awareness of our body's needs and energy. In this practice, we'll do a body scan and also take time to breathe, tending to different parts of the body.
Lezione 3
The Circle Around You
As humans, we all need support and it's important for us to learn how to support others, too. In this practice, we'll do a visualization meditation infused with loving kindness, creating a strong circle of support in our lives.
Lezione 4
The Micro Moments
In discovering our power, taking small, purposeful steps is essential to reducing stress and actualizing parts of our visions. In this meditation, we'll practice a sensing into our body and a counting meditation, taking it one step at a time.
This meditation does not include any music.
Lezione 5
The Power Of The Pause
Speed, to some, is often a measure of productivity, however, there is so much power in the pause, bringing intention and awareness to the present moment. In this practice, we'll work with a box breath, along with a body scan, getting curious in the moments of the pause.

It's Greater Than You
If there were no awards, accolades, recognition, or money, what would keep you on this path? In this practice, we'll go deeper into our intentions when sharing our gifts, talents, or uniqueness with the world, defining our 'why', through breath and contemplative reflection.
Lezione 7
Everything Is Perfectly Placed
When it comes to pursuing our dreams and allowing ourselves to be more visible in the world, there may be some distance between what we envision and what our current reality is. It’s okay if we haven’t actualized certain realities because the one that we can really indulge in and stay with is the one that is - right now. In this closing sound practice, we can practice patience with ourselves through sound and contemplation, resting in knowing that everything on our journey is perfectly placed.
