Thank you Alicia. I recent change my meditation area. Running through this brief and informative course, to see what updates I might need. I did appreciate, so much the 3 objectives before starting. As I thought about them, I realized I fulfilled each of them with my new space. Cozy, temperate and illuminated. I also have my Reiki table in this space, so sometimes I will climb up there and do some meditation, (Reiki infused) or yoga nidra. Although, my head wants to pretty well keep them seperated (I’m thinking now, that I maintain an unspoken guideline with my inner self, that if I’m on the table…it needs to incorporate some Reiki into that session) 💫 As we entering the darkest time of the seasons, I will add some more tiny lights to illuminate and ‘warm’ the area more. I’d also like to add a living plant (cat safe) to the area. Loved the course and happy that I am consciously aware of the 3 objectives. Thank you. So much gratitude for your presence and the joy you bring to into my days. ✨💫🙏💛☀️...
