The Burnout to Blossom Retreat is a simple, evidence-based, practical way for you to recognise and deal with that feeling of being too stretched and unhappy with your life. Break free from stress overload, overwhelm, and burnout in this special three-part program which will help you to move away from burnout, and to blossom into your calm, at-home self.
Understand what burnout is, respond to your stress overload with compassion, and use the special meditation in part three as the foundation for your journey away from burnout and towards living with more ease, calm and joy.
Divided into three transformative parts, I personally take you through each stage of the retreat with a combination of engaging mini-lectures, mindfulness practices, and practical takeaway resources.
In Part 1 you will explore what burnout really is and how to know where you are right now on the blossom to burnout continuum. Break free from old habit energy that no longer serves you as you learn the power of the pause.
In Part 2 you will continue your journey away from burnout towards blossoming you as we delve a little deeper into the experience of burnout for women, and what real self-care is. By the end of this session, you will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to break out of old habit energy that may be keeping you on a loop of high stress and burnout over long periods of time, as you strengthen your capacity for self-compassion.
In Part 3, I will introduce you to a special guided meditation practice only available in this program that will serve as an anchor for a breakthrough from burnout as you continue now your journey towards blossoming. You can come back to this practice again and again as many times as you need. It is specifically designed as a powerful tool to remind you that you are a precious human being, worthy of happiness and called to a life of balance, calm, and joy.

In this session, we will explore what burnout is, and you will be able to identify where you are on the blossom to burnout continuum, and we will practise together the Three Step Pause as a key resource for noticing and managing stress in our always-on 21st-century living.

Understanding how stress shows up for you, and how through the power of the 'pause ' you can respond more wisely rather than react from habitual habit energy. By integrating the 'pause' into your every day you will easily cultivate your capacity for spending more time in the green circle - the calming, soothing parasympathetic nervous system.

Your Anchor Meditation As You Move Away From Burnout And Carrying Too Much Stress
This is your anchor meditation for use in the evenings as you prepare for sleep. By doing this practise regularly you will gently move away from burnout and carrying too much stress. You will come home to your own inner calm, and blossom in all areas of your life.

This course really resonated with me. Just what I needed. I am familiar with the pause concept so this was a welcome reminder. I am currently caring for my niece’s 2 year old daughter and it’s been taking a toll on me emotionally and physically. The burnout is real sometimes. Loved the anchor meditation in the moonlit garden. I sometimes have difficulty envisioning visual meditations but I easily felt myself sitting in a beautiful rocking chair near a bubbling brook soaking up the moonlight. I will return to this again and again. Thank you!...
