Through the practice of concentration, presence, affirmation and visualisation, this course will give you the tools to start each day with a clear mind and an open heart. In under 10 minutes a day, we will explore topics like intention, self-love and gratitude, to give you the best possible start to your day. Every day, we will breathe together, we will believe, and become a better version of ourselves.
Julie is meditation and yoga teacher from Brussels, Belgium. Her work focusses on sleep, relaxation and slow living. After past series on taking naps and transforming your sleep, she's now helping people to build their best possible morning routines.

Lezione 1
The Benefits Of Morning Meditation
Why do we focus on the morning in this course? The first ninety minutes of the day are crucial for how the rest of your day will work out. In the morning, we are more sensitive to light, we have higher cortisol levels, your blood sugar is affected by what you eat for breakfast and morning exercise can boost your mood for up to 12 hours. So why would it be any different for your mental practices? In this lesson, we'll learn about the benefits of morning meditation.

Start Your Day With Intention
To start off, we'll bring some intention to our morning, and to our day. In this meditation, I'll encourage you to pick an intention for the day, so you can tackle your day feeling strong and confident!

Start Your Day With Presence
Today, we'll start the day with an open awareness meditation. Together, we'll look for calm and grounding, so we can move through our days with awareness and alertness.
Lezione 4
Start Your Day With Self Love
How do you usually talk to yourself? Are you soft, gentle and kind to yourself, or are you harsh and critical? In today's meditation, I'll encourage you to give yourself words of love, so you can go about your day with plenty of self love.

Start Your Day With Equanimity
Today, we'll start our day finding balance and equanimity. Cultivating equanimity can help us stay grounded and centred on ourselves, even when the day doesn't go exactly as we planned.
Lezione 6
Building Your Perfect Morning Ritual
Together, we'll create a personalised morning routine that works for you, your goals, intentions and preferences. If you don't want to wake up at 5 or 6 am, you don't have to. You can have a perfectly successful morning without waking up early. This lesson is all about consistency. We'll look at your priorities, the vibe you want to create for the rest of your day and how your morning ritual might fit into your day-to-day life.

Start Your Day With Joy
We can all use a little more joy in our lives, but sometimes it's hard to know where to start or where to fit it in our days. So today, we'll start the day with exploring, feeling and cultivating joy.

Start Your Day With Confidence
You are strong, you are capable, you are courageous and brilliant, but sometimes, you forget. So today, we'll start the day off with building some extra confidence, so you can tackle whatever comes your way!
Lezione 9
Start Your Day With Abundance
Abundance is all around us, just think about the abundance of blades of grass, the abundance of starts, the abundance of breaths you take every day. Today, we'll take a moment to enjoy the abundance within us.
Lezione 10
The Morning Forever After
Imagine starting your day with intention, clarity and purpose. Every single day of your life. Sounds unrealistic? I don't blame you. There are a lot of challenges when it comes to sticking to new habits. What happens when you have an off day, when you are sick, or when your life changes? In this lesson, we'll learn how to make your new morning habits sustainable over the long run.
Lezione 11
Start Your Day With Gratitude
We'll end our series and start our day with gratitude, the easiest way to start the day with a smile on your face. Gratitude for ourselves, gratitude for our bodies, gratitude for the people around us.
