Hello beautiful soul and welcome to this meeting your inner warrior meditation a meditation meant to help you to reconnect with your feminine energy in a world that often encourage us to embrace our masculine energy women might find themselves disconnected from their feminine through this meditation I invite you to explore and honor the powerful yet often neglected feminine energy within so today we will meet our inner warrior and ask her about her needs so let's begin by finding a quiet and comfortable space you can sit or lie down in a relaxed position and whenever you are ready you can gently close your eyes taking a deep big breath inhaling through your nose and exhaling everything through your mouth and repeating in your own rhythm inhaling a sense of peace and calmness and exhaling through the relaxation of your whole body feeling connected with your breath feeling every time more relaxed allowing your breath to settle you into the present moment and drawing a smile in your face because you know you're about to do a very powerful journey and I want to invite you to bring your awareness to the base of your spine visualizing roots extending from your body and going down into the earth until the center of the earth anchoring you to mother earth and with each breath feel these roots growing deeper and deeper and visualize this warm supportive energy rising from the earth and enveloping you holding you creating this sense of safety and stability feeling how the earth mama earth always holds you and is always there for you and breathe into this sense of groundedness breathe into this connection and from this place I want to invite you to picture a beautiful ancient forest before you and take a moment to explore this forest to see its colors to feel how it smells wandering around in this beautiful forest where you will meet your inner warrior your inner warrior and you start walking through a path that you know that it will take you to her you know where to find her and when you finally see her take a moment to observe her see how she looks strong confident resilient feel a sense of recognition and connection as you approach her you can even picture how you give her a big hug in appreciation of everything she has done for you and imagine a beautiful table with seats where you will sit with her to have a cup of tea imagine sitting face to face with your inner warrior with that part of you that has been fighting for your survival your whole life and tell her that you're here for her and that she doesn't need to fight anymore and allow her to express herself whether through words symbols or emotions just give it the space to see whatever has to come and next you will ask her what do you need from me how can i support you on your journey and give her the space to communicate listening with an open heart and next you will ask her how tired you are and how can i support your rest and allow her to communicate listening what she has to say and feel the energy of your inner warrior merging with your own energy and as you breathe in and out invite the qualities of the feminine nurturing intuition and compassion visualize a gentle flowing river of feminine energy blending with the strength of your inner warrior embracing a beautiful balance within and ask your inner warrior for guidance on embracing both your masculine and your feminine energies what lessons does she have for you in finding this balance and listen to any insights images or sensations that arise during your question now take a moment to express gratitude to your inner warrior for her strength resilience and wisdom feel in your whole body a sense of unity and integration and take a moment to say goodbye to your inner warrior as you will make your way back but knowing that you know where to find her and she knows where to find you too and you can revisit her whenever needed and slowly and gently start coming back through the same path that brought you picturing the forest clearing fading away as you carry the energy of your inner warrior with you and gently bring your awareness back to the present moment feeling the surface beneath you the gentle rise and fall of your breath and when you're ready open your eyes again bringing the strength and the wisdom of your inner warrior into your daily life daily life and as we conclude this meditation take a moment to honor the unique balance of strength and grace that resides within you embracing both your masculine and your feminine energies i also invite you to journal whatever message you receive during this guided meditation wishing you a great day and life ahead namaste
