This session is a gentle, reflective practice for closing a chapter in your life and integrating what you have lived. You’ll begin with a grounding and opening meditation to settle the body and mind, followed by guided reflection and quiet writing. You’ll be invited to explore moments, people, places, feelings, and patterns from the past year, or from any period of your life that feels ready to be acknowledged and released. Through simple prompts and somatic awareness, you’ll notice what gave you energy, what drained you, what shaped you, and what is ready to be softened or let go of. The practice ends with a calming integration meditation, supporting a sense of clarity, gratitude, and completion. This session can be used at the end of a year, after a transition, or whenever you feel the need to pause, reflect, and gently close something behind you. This practice includes writing, but you are also welcome to simply listen and reflect in your own way.
