Open the mouth and side out all the stress.

Imagine something that will make you really happy and fulfilled right now.
And notice your energy shifting in your body.
Take another big inhale.
And imagine a tiny little ball of light start glowing from the chest,
Warming you from the inside,
Make you feel radiant and vibrant.
And every time you inhale,
Feel this powerful warm light expanding and irradiating each part of your body.
Take a big inhale and bring this sensation from your chest to your belly.
And all the way down to your legs,
Your shins,
Your feet,
Your toes.
And imagine the journey up back to your chest.
Embrace this inner sensation of empowerment,
Contentment and joy while you become aware of your energy and true potential.
Become conscious of this sensation and of the unlimited possibility to expand yourself.
