Meditation for more compassion, understanding, and love Before you begin the meditation, find a quiet space where you can be undisturbed and fully relax. Feel free to lie down if that’s more comfortable for you. As we start the meditation right away, take a moment to get settled - ensure you're comfortable, and perhaps light a few candles to create a calming atmosphere. Important: This meditation will end with you lying on your back, regardless of whether you started seated or lying down, with your knees drawn gently into your chest. Stay in this position for as long as you need, allowing yourself time to fully relax, and only rise when you feel ready.
