When I think of dignity it's very easy to think of a king or queen,
A noble one who sits there poised calm and confident on their throne and from that throne they can operate the entire kingdom.
With spiritual dignity I also sit on a throne.
I sit on the immortal throne of the forehead and as I move through situations as I operate my life I have this awareness that I am the soul,
The being of light,
The being of divinity and peace,
Seated on the throne.
This is where I can operate my life.
This is where I look out the eyes at the things around me.
This is where I take in the sounds of the world through the years.
From this throne I can communicate the thoughts I create through the lips.
It is the central command center of my being.
To move with spiritual dignity means that as I pass through each scene of my life,
As I pass through each moment,
I stay rooted.
I stay seated in this awareness that I am the soul looking out the eyes,
Communicating through the lips,
Operating my life and I stay anchored in the present moment.
I don't have to think too much about the things around me.
The opposite of dignity is to allow my mind to run here and there and everywhere and lose that calm centeredness.
But with spiritual dignity,
From this awareness of being the soul sitting on the throne of the forehead,
I choose to think about what is necessary to think about.
I choose to make only the important decisions and I choose to observe the sights,
The sounds,
The things that each moment offers without thinking too much about them.
I just simply observe and notice and stay rooted in that awareness of the soul.
I pay attention to my breath flowing in and out.
I pay attention to sensing myself as that energy peering out the eyes.
And as much as possible,
I keep this awareness.
Today I will practice staying seated on the immortal throne of the soul.
