Healthy, Happy Cells by Carole Fontaine Welcome. Take a breath. Make space for yourself right here, Right now. Hello, Dear body. My body is my temple and today I come home to it. Thank you for another day of living. You are so deeply loved. Breathe in. I hear echoes of myself laughing through time, Big belly laughs, The kind that shakes the cage and fills the lung and spills down the cheeks in warm, Happy tears of joy. Feel that laughter rise in you now, A bubble of happy energy pulsates in my chest. I open my heart to this day. Now, Gently notice, Where does my body need this healthy, Happy light the most? Breathe into that place. I flood it wave after wave of radiant, Healing energy and I imagine my cells dancing there, Glowing like tiny lanterns, Giggling, Shimmering, Shimmying, A microscopic dance party deep inside me. My joy cannot be contained. Blessings are rising, Pouring out of every pore. I am so blessed. Like diamonds through time, Love and life sparkle through me, As if a sun lives inside of me and its rays radiate a warm, Healthy glow, Pure, Peaceful, Perfect, Unlimited. Thank you, Dear body, For working tirelessly to heal, Repair, And grow healthy cells so I may live and share another day. You are a miracle. I am a miracle. Breathing.
