This meditation will help you to except your mind, body and soul exactly the way they are. Self Acceptance is the key for healing and change. The affirmations towards the end of the meditation will help you to deepen your healing and love.

Hello beautiful soul and welcome to this meditation.

My name is Marlene and I'm honored to be your guide today.

I invite you to find a comfortable seat or lie down.

You may as well want to stand.

Make sure that you're in a safe environment and that you feel comfortable inside.

Once you find your position I invite you to make any little adjustments to your body that you feel the most comfortable and then slowly closing your eyes and take a deep breath into your nose and exhale gently with a sigh through your mouth.

Allow your body to soften,

Allow your shoulders to soften,

Allow your jaws to soften.

Take another deep breath into your nose and let go.

Softening your legs,

Your feet,

Your arms and continue breathing in and out your nose.

With each exhale you allow your body to become even more softer as if you are melting into the ground.

Letting go of the need to hold which we do so often in life.

We are holding on to things.

Continue breathing in and out your nose and feel into your body for a moment.

How does your body feel right now?

And whatever arises I invite you to accept it without the need to change.

Accepting your beautiful self exactly the way you are.

So often we fight against ourselves whereas acceptance is healing.

Acceptance allows you to make change in your life.

So as for now I invite you to accept your body exactly the way it is.

Wherever you may feel a sensation,

A tinglish,

There may be pain.

Accept it and make it part of yourself.

When we are accepting we are giving ourselves the permission to heal.

And so often in life we've been told we are not good enough the way we are.

Other human beings want to change us but deep deep within you're good enough exactly the way you are.

And if they would accept you the way you are without the urge to make you change they may help you to heal and feel good.

Therefore it's important we start to accepting ourselves and also accept others around us.

Accepting yourself the way you are is actually a gift you're giving to yourself and a key to make change in your life.

A key for freedom.

And I invite you to repeat the sentence after me.

I,

Fill in your name,

Accept myself to the fullest.

I accept myself to the fullest.

And notice how it makes you feel.

Notice how it's making already a change in your picture towards yourself.

I accept myself to the fullest.

And every single cell in your body is listening right now.

And you're letting go right now of control because you're accepting yourself.

You give yourself the permission now to heal and to maybe make a change without the force,

Without the fight against yourself.

You are enough and whole exactly the way you are.

Being enough is your birthright and accepting yourself sets you free.

I invite you to step a step into the future and how would you feel going throughout the day,

Throughout the week,

Throughout the months with the knowledge that you have finally accepting yourself the way you are.

How does it feel?

Do you feel a sense of freedom?

Do you feel a sense of joy?

Do you feel peace?

You may as well feel light because you may have fought against yourself so many times trying to be loved by others.

Maybe pretending being somebody who you are not because you may have forgotten to accept yourself the way you are and to live the true you.

You are enough.

Whenever you're ready feel free to place your hands on your heart,

One on top of the other and feel the beat of your heart,

Of your beautiful heart behind your chest.

Also accept this.

Maybe give some love to your heart while you're here.

And when you're ready I'm gonna talk you through some affirmations.

Feel free to repeat each affirmation once to yourself and feel the truth of the words within.

I allow myself to accept myself.

I accept my body exactly the way it is.

I accept my mind exactly the way it is.

I accept my soul.

I am enough.

I am free.

I am love.

And feel how these words resonate with you and remember you are whole and enough.

And then slowly arriving back in your body but with the knowledge again that you are enough and that you choose to accept yourself in order to be free,

In order to be you,

In order to live.

And then slowly wiggle your fingers,

Wiggle your toes and once you're ready to open your eyes you can open them with the knowledge of being enough and accepting yourself to the fullest.
