This meditation will help you to tune into your heart and listen to it. You may hear something that helps you to heal and love yourself and protect you from harm from the outside. When we are still, our heart talks to us. The affirmations towards the end of the meditation will help you to deepen your healing and love.

Hello beautiful soul and welcome to this meditation.

My name is Marlene and I will be your guide today.

Before we start I invite you to take a comfortable position.

You may want to lie down but you may also want to sit or stand.

I want you to choose a position where you are comfortable and safe.

Whenever you're ready I invite you to close your eyes and take a deep breath into your nose and exhale very gently with a sigh through your mouth.

Inhale deeply into your nose and release through your mouth.

Letting go of the need to hold your shoulders,

Softening your entire body.

Take another deep breath into your nose and letting go through your mouth.

Soften your eyes,

Your shoulders,

Your hands and for a moment I invite you to tune in and continue breathing in and out your nose.

How does your body feel today?

Sometimes we are so disconnected.

We may not hear the messages our body has.

We may not feel any longer.

So today you're giving yourself a gift.

A gift of healing.

A gift of looking within and notice any sensations and you can also continue with each exhale to soften more and more.

You are in a safe space and Mother Earth is fully supporting you.

And while you're here so peaceful I invite you to accept anything what arises.

Anything what you feel.

Quite often we are in a state of fighting against whereas the key for healing is accepting.

And how do you feel when you allow yourself to accept you exactly the way you are.

Then I invite you to notice your mind.

How is your mind feeling today?

How are the thoughts?

And again I invite you to accept them exactly the way they are.

This is you and pure beauty and being fully enough.

And then I invite you to feel the area of your heart.

This beautiful engine of your body but also the center of love.

We can heal with love.

And how does your heart feel today?

Maybe you want to place your hands on the heart to feel it.

Maybe you're so quiet that you can feel the beat of your heart within without actually touching the area.

How does your heart feel today?

And again whatever arises I invite you to accept your beautiful heart and allow yourself to feel any emotions.

Allow yourself to feel.

You may have been so disconnected lately from your heart.

So it takes time sometimes to reconnect.

Notice the beauty of your heart.

Your engine of life.

Take a moment to appreciate your beautiful heart for what it is.

And maybe forgive yourself that you may not have listened for a while.

Sometimes the head takes over whereas our heart,

Your heart usually knows the truth.

And you may as well want to make yourself a little promise here to look after your heart with more care and gentleness and future.

And it's also okay when you may slip back.

This is a safe space you can always come into.

And then I invite you to ask your heart what can I do for you to feel good?

What can I do for you to be open for love?

And listen carefully.

Maybe your heart answers you in a sentence.

Maybe a word is coming up.

What does your heart need right now?

Does it need some care?

Does it need a conversation with someone?

Listen.

And maybe you get a little smile on your face knowing that life may unfold in its beauty when you listen to your heart from now on.

When you feel the joy,

Feel the love,

Feel the healing of love.

And I invite you to whisper the sentence to yourself.

I love myself.

Or I like myself.

Maybe say it a few times and notice how it resonates with you.

Notice how your heart aligns.

And be aware the power of the heart is magical.

When we are open for love,

We can receive love.

And we see the love.

And be also very gentle.

Gentle with your heart,

Protecting yourself from anything which is not good for your heart.

And how would it feel protecting you from harm from the outside while still being in the center of your heart?

Your heart needs protection too so you can love yourself and be who you are.

And I invite you to take a deep breath of unconditional love and a beautiful white bright color into the crown of your head flowing through your body.

And when you exhale I invite you to imagine wrapping yourself in this light bright white full of unconditional love protecting you.

So I want you to inhale deeply unconditional love for yourself and every single cell in your body is listening,

Is receiving this unconditional love.

And when you exhale you wrap yourself like a little cocoon into a cushion of protection.

Protecting your beautiful heart to feel good,

To feel peace,

To feel safe.

Do this two more times.

Deep breath in and wrapping yourself in this cushion,

In this cocoon knowing you are protected.

Knowing you are loved.

One more deep breath in and wrap yourself in this cushion of love,

In this cushion of protection.

Protecting your soul,

Protecting your heart,

Your being.

And how do you feel right now?

Enjoy this warmth,

Enjoy this love.

And know you are love.

You are healthy.

You are enough.

And I invite you to either keep the hands where they are to place them on your heart center if they are not there already.

And I'm going to talk you through some affirmations.

Feel free to repeat each affirmation once to yourself and feel the truth of the words within.

You can speak out loud or in your mind.

And if one is not aligning with you feel free to skip.

Whenever you're ready follow after me.

I am love.

I am protected.

My heart is open to receive.

My heart is open to give.

I am love.

Wherever I go,

I go with love.

Whatever I do,

I do with love.

I am love.

I am enough.

And feel the words within.

Feel the love you generated.

And allow your heart to be open.

Allow your heart to give but also receive.

And remind yourself to protect you whenever you need to.

Slowly start to wiggle your fingers.

Wiggle your toes.

We're awakening up our beautiful bodies.

Before you open your eyes I invite you to see the world as if you see it the first time.

See the joy,

The love and the things around you.

I'm going to count down from 3,

See the beauty and be aware you are love.

You are loved.

And be kind and gentle to yourself.

Excellent I love Marleens meditations because they start with hello beautiful soul and that alone is so comforting and affirming and this is an excellent excellent meditation I often wake up in the middle of the night very agitated PTSD and I just love her meditations they're excellent!
