Hello beautiful souls and welcome to today's meditation.
Today we will be diving into self-love and healing.
As for now I invite you to find a comfortable seat.
You can sit down on a cushion or lie down comfortably.
Whenever you're ready I invite you to close your eyes and let's start today's practice with three deep breaths.
So we're going to inhale deeply into the nose and exhale through the mouth for the side.
Inhaling deeply into the nose and release gently through your mouth.
Another deep breath into your nose and exhale very gently release and continue breathing in and out your nose.
And for now notice how's your body feeling today.
Notice if there are any tense areas.
If they are release them on an exhalation and notice if there are any messages your body may has for you.
Maybe some sensations.
You may also experience some discomfort somewhere but knowing all this is okay.
An acceptance of yourself is the key for healing within for the mind for the body and for the soul.
So for now I would like you to focus on your breathing.
Notice how the air enters your body and notice how it feels when you release.
Do you notice a form of peace of relaxation or release?
What a beautiful body you have.
What a miracle you are.
There's no need for you to do anything.
You're breathing in and out gently and you become even more peaceful and softer.
And on the next inhalation I invite you to take a deep breath of beautiful white light full of unconditional love into the crown of your head.
And when you exhale I invite you to imagine that this beautiful white light full of unconditional love is sparkling all over your body through the tips of your fingers and your toes.
So your entire body is filled with beautiful unconditional love in the form of a white light.
So we inhale deeply into the crown of the head.
White light full of unconditional love for yourself and then when you exhale let this light spread all over your beautiful body.
Every single cell within you is receiving this unconditional love and you start to feel warmer and you start to notice how the love is entering your body and notice how it feels to give yourself this unconditional love.
You may have been in need for a while to receive it and it's always there but sometimes we tend to be too busy to connect with the core within.
So this is now your time for loving yourself,
Giving your beautiful self the love you need and heal your body.
Unconditional love has also the power of healing.
As for now I invite you to focus on a part within where you need healing the most.
Maybe in your arm,
Maybe in your belly or even your heart.
Focus on this area you may as well touch it if your hands can reach that area and on the next inhale again I invite you to inhale unconditional love into the crown of your head in a form of beautiful white light and on the exhalation I invite you to send that light into the part within where you need healing the most.
And notice how this part within is receiving this unconditional love to be healed.
Every time you also exhale you soften this part and you are aware you are healing right now.
Our subconscious mind is very powerful so take another deep breath into the crown of your head and send the breath,
The healing light into this part where you need it the most and let it soften.
And we take one more deep breath into the crown of your head and send it one more to the part where you need healing and love the most.
And then continue breathing in and out your nose and notice how your body feels now.
Notice if there has been a shift and be aware you are healing.
You are a miracle and so is your body.
And gently I invite you to place your hands on your heart center,
One on top of the other or you can leave the hands wherever they are.
And I'm going to talk you through some affirmations.
Feel free to repeat each affirmation once to yourself either out loud on your mind and let the words being guided to your heart and feel the truth of the words within.
Whenever you're ready follow after me in your mind or out loud.
I choose love in my life.
I care for myself with love and kindness.
I care for others with love and kindness.
I am a beautiful human being inside and out.
I am love.
I am healthy.
I am a miracle.
I am enough.
And maybe there's something else you want to tell yourself while you're here in this comfort position.
And slowly we're returning back into the room.
Slowly start wiggling your fingers,
Move your toes,
Move your head slightly from side to side.
I invite you to get a smile on your face and be excited for the rest of your day.
And remember you are a miracle.
