Today I want to encourage you through your storm.

This meditation will help to instill peace and inner knowledge to create a larger picture and perspective about your life.
I invite you to come into the present.
Settle into your body by taking a nice full belly breath.
Settle as your belly rises and folds completely.
Good.
Now let's breathe into the belly for the count of four.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Hold for the count of seven.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Seven.
Exhale for the count of eight.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Seven,
Eight.
Good.
Now let's repeat this two more times.
So in,
Breathe in for the count of four.
Hold for the count of seven.
And exhale.
Good.
Last time,
Breathe in deeply into your belly for four.
And hold for seven.
And exhale.
Beautiful.
Now find any areas of physical tension throughout your body and release those muscles.
Unclench your jaw.
Let your tongue settle at the bottom of your mouth and drop your shoulder.
Let your arms and your legs go heavy.
Feel the support of your chair or bed as you sit or lay.
Feel how the earth holds you so firmly in your place.
You are safe.
Savor this feeling,
Bashed in the feelings of stillness and contentment.
Hold on to this place of peace.
The next time a challenging moment arises,
Remember the sensation.
Call it back into your memory.
In your unknowing,
Abide in the divine's infinite knowledge of truth and purpose for your life.
Say,
In my heart,
I am in agreement with the divine's appointment on my life.
Today I trust I am who I'm meant to be.
And I am unsure I will take the next right step that I know to do.
You are a seed and you will experience growth and harvest on the other side of this storm.
Trust.
Perhaps you were created for a time such as this.
Arise and shine.
May peace find you and dwell in you.
