Life is a journey.

A circle.

Spring,

Summer,

Fall,

And winter.

Birth,

Youth,

Middle age,

And old age.

We always have a place in this circle.

There are moments in this journey where we can stop and center,

Renew ourselves.

We connect with the sacred presence of heart and spirit.

We nurture life.

Take a deep breath.

Inhale through your nose,

Fill the belly,

And then allow the air to rise upward into the chest.

At the very top,

Open your mouth as wide as you can and let all the air release.

Again,

A deep inhale.

Open your mouth and let it all go.

Now,

This time,

A very long,

Slow inhale,

Bringing in inner focus,

Inner awareness.

And when you reach the top,

Open your mouth as if you're going to blow a feather,

And very gently and lightly release and relax,

Softly blowing that feather.

Once more,

Inhaling your inner concentration and softly blowing the feather,

And feel the softness as it begins to drift down over you.

Allow that soft,

Gentle feeling to soak into all parts of your being.

And now notice how your breath becomes very natural,

Very relaxed and comfortable.

Soft belly,

Rising and falling,

Flexible and flowing,

Easily and freely.

Each breath allows you to relax deeper and deeper and deeper.

The more you relax,

The better you feel.

And the better you feel,

The more you relax.

Take yourself to a beautiful place in nature,

Your favorite place,

And use the power of your inner mind to see and hear,

To touch and experience all the details,

The colors,

The textures,

The aromas.

It's rich and vivid.

It's full and abundant.

Soak it in.

And as you do,

Find a very comfortable place to sit or lay and rest,

Safe and stable,

Supported.

As you look up across the sky,

You can actually see the rays of light,

Like beams of light shining down from heaven.

The soft air upon your skin,

The beautiful blue sky.

And within each ray of light are tiny droplets of energy,

Like the finest mist of a beautiful waterfall.

Each tiny droplet is clear like a crystal and sparkles with all the colors of the rainbow.

Using your inner guidance,

You can bring those tiny droplets to you.

You can allow these powerful,

Soothing,

Healing droplets of light energy to touch onto your forehead.

And as they do,

Your forehead releases and relaxes.

They gently soak back in through your mind,

And they cleanse and clear.

They wash away anything you no longer choose.

The relaxation is soft around your eyes,

Back through your temples,

Down through your jaw.

Allow those tiny droplets to wash down through the back of your head and neck.

And as they do,

They're soaking up anything you no longer choose,

And they're gently washing it on down,

All the way down across your shoulders,

Down,

Down through your arms.

Feel the energy as it washes all the way down through your hands and right out the tips of each of your fingers.

And you notice the inner space,

The inner clarity.

Your shoulders release and relax like water sinking down through sand,

And it feels great.

And it feels great.

Take a nice,

Deep breath of air.

And as you release and relax,

Drift and dream and float on the tone of my voice,

And go deeper and deeper and deeper into your sacred inner space.

Soft energy down through your face,

Your mouth,

Your tongue,

Your throat,

All releasing and relaxing.

Allow that energy to wash out through your skeletal system,

And feel the joints and the ligaments letting go,

Lubricated and nourished,

Revitalized.

Feel that energy as it gently flows down,

Down,

Down through your spinal cord.

And visualize those tiny droplets of energy being absorbed into your nerve cells,

And your nerve cells soaking in,

Honoring that energy,

Honoring that energy,

Harmonizing,

Balancing,

Nurturing you on the deepest levels of your cellular being.

The energy softly washes on down into your internal organs,

And using your inner guidance,

Gently guide that energy into any area that you choose.

Around your heart,

Your upper back,

Around your neck.

Be aware of areas that are sensitive,

Areas that are calling out for your attention.

Listen to those areas,

And give them the comforting,

Soothing attention.

Deeper and deeper and deeper,

Easily and freely,

Soft and soothing,

Down,

Down,

All the way down through your intestines,

Into your stomach.

Cleansing and clearing,

Refreshing and renewing those areas.

Notice again that soft,

Easy belly,

Let it rise and fall.

The sun rises,

And the sun sets.

There is a new moon,

And a full moon.

The tide flows in,

And the tide flows out.

Your breath,

Your heart,

Your being,

Is connected to that ancient,

Sacred rhythm of life.

Honor that synchronicity.

Feel the harmony,

Stability,

The continuity of that connection.

It's time for a new way to be one.

It's time for a new song to be sung.

It's time for a new day to see it's done.

It's time for a new way to be one.
