Found in sacred sites all over the world,
This symbol represents the primal language of the universe.
Pure shape and proportion.
You can think of this geometric pattern made of seven overlapping circles or spheres as infinite potential waiting for action.
Your body already knows this sacred geometry as it formed the basis of your own beginning.
As you grow this seed pattern within,
You are tapping into your vast creative power.
This journey begins at your solar plexus located in the upper part of your belly where the diaphragm rests.
If you like,
Place your hands there as you bring your attention to your breath.
Breathe in and out as you attune to your body's rhythm.

In your next in-breath,
Imagine golden light flowing into your solar plexus,
Filling it like a transparent soap bubble.
With each inhale,
Continue to fill the bubble until the top edge reaches your heart and the bottom edge touches your belly button.
Now imagine that your golden bubble makes a copy of itself and the new sphere drops down until its center rests on your belly button.
You now have two overlapping bubbles of dancing golden light.
This shape is called the vesica piscis and represents the birthing place where people and ideas join together in common understanding.
Soon,
Another bubble appears and moves in a clockwise motion until its center finds the place where the first two spheres intersect.
From two,
You now have three.
Like the petals of a flower,
The pattern grows as a fourth golden bubble spirals into place,
Followed by another,
And another,
And another as the seventh ball completes the circuit.
Your body remembers this process of unfolding.
The seed pattern is now alive within you and is said to contain the entire genetic blueprint of life.
Notice how your body is humming with energy,
And the spheres are pulsating in tune with your heartbeat.
Be curious as you explore these seven bubbles dancing with solar energy.
Each point of intersection represents a creative opportunity,
An invitation to be the master of your own destiny and to connect with the cosmos.
