This meditation is infused with energy to help you clear and balance your throat chakra.
Your throat center acts as a bridge connecting your head and heart.
When it is open,
You are able to connect the compassion in your heart with the intelligence of your mind so you can more clearly speak your truth.
Make yourself comfortable sitting or lying down with a straight spine and feeling fully supported.
Take a few moments to connect with your breath.
Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Welcome the oxygen flowing in,
Nourishing your body.
Release the CO2,
Nourishing the trees,
Grasses and flowers.
Your breath connects you with all of nature in a constant flow of communication.
Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Bring your awareness to your throat.
How does it feel?
Does the air flow freely or does it catch anywhere?
What happens to your throat when you have something important to say?
Growing up,
You may have lost part of your voice as your throat filled up with unspoken things.
And those things that were true at one time may be getting in the way of knowing and speaking what is true for you today.
For the next few minutes,
Allow the music of the gong to help you clear your throat.
Invite the child within to say what was left unsaid.
And so,
Liberate your voice and yourself.
Gently,
Bring your attention back to the present.
Take a couple of cleansing breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.
How does your throat center feel now?
Can you feel the energy flowing through it?
Connecting your head and heart.
What truths want to be spoken?
Say these to yourself or out loud and see how they resonate.
I am responsible for my happiness.
I am doing the best that I can.
What I have to say is important.
My voice matters.
I am free.
Shape.
