Why You Feel Anxious?
by Yair Sagy
You feel anxious, exhausted, and your mind won't stop racing — but this isn't a sign that you're broken. In this talk, I share why your infinite nature has been compressed into one small belief: that you are only this body, only this mind. I show you how the same mind that troubles you holds the key to your freedom, and what changes when you learn to sit above your thoughts instead of being enslaved by them. Imagine what will happen if you compress all this immense power of the sun into a tiny candle flame.
Do you think it's going to sit still?
No,
My friend,
No,
No,
No.
Now,
Feel it in your body,
Those 2 a.

Racing thoughts,
That sense of anxiety within you that doesn't leave,
That constant exhaustion,
That rest doesn't fix it.
This is not you being broken.
This is the infinite energy compressed into a tiny belief that you are only This is racing car,
But you're driving it like a scooter.
It doesn't sound fun,
If you look at your own life.
If you ask yourself,
How do I use my mind?
You see very clearly,
You can go to therapy,
You can understand your mind from all different directions.
But until you understand that your mind is actually infinite,
That your mind has the ability to connect you with the whole creation.
Of course,
It takes training,
Like going to the gym,
Like training yourself in any other thing.
You can train yourself to make the real good use of your mind.
Energy and actually robbing me from power.
Imagine how it will be when you can observe every thought and be free to decide,
This is good for me and this is actually bad for me.
Being constantly above that stream of thought.
In fact,
Most people tell me that what really makes them exhausted is that constant thinking and constant worrying,
As if their mind is constantly giving them the feeling that something is wrong with their life.
There is never peace.
Now,
That constant thinking is not a fault,
Just a habit.
Imagine that this whole majestic and powerful and radiant sun will compress itself into a candle flame.
It doesn't make sense,
Huh?
Of course,
Because the minute that happens,
It'll burst like crazy.
That's exactly what's happening in your mind.
That's exactly the reason why you're exhausted and why you're anxious.
Exactly because of that.
Because your mind,
Or better saying,
Your existence,
Must be infinite.
This is how the whole creation operates.
Unity.
So it goes in a weird way,
As anxiety,
As insomnia,
As constant worrying,
As not feeling ever safe and quiet.
When that energy will be released and be harmonized again,
You're going to feel much better.
I'm not saying you will never ever feel anxious because you're a human being and you're responding to life.
And sometimes there's danger,
Sometimes there's worry,
Sometimes there's a situation that we need to react to.
And this is stressful.
And that's why we have emotions.
But this will be only sometimes,
Because you know the truth of who you are.
Now,
Being infinite doesn't mean that you stop being a human being.
Feeling connected to the whole creation doesn't stop you being a human being and functioning in the most natural way,
Doing everything.
In fact,
When you feel connected to life,
Anything you're going to do,
You're going to do much better.
Because there is not that stress and tension of that energy locked inside you.
On the contrary,
You feel connected.
So if you talk,
The information will come to you straight.
If you dance,
You feel that you're connected and you can move without limitation.
If you talk with people,
You feel that your heart is connected to the other people.
If you look at nature,
You feel that you are one with the trees,
With the plants,
And even with the space between everything.
That's a healthy existence.
That's a healthy human being.
A being that feels completely one with all there is.
Necessarily.
It's not a religion.
It's the most practical thing a human being can do in one's life.
Moving out from this slavery and the illusion that I'm only my mind to the liberation that I'm all there is,
Is actually what I believe to be the reason why you are here on this planet.
