Hi my friend,

Big welcome.

Let's dedicate this meditation to use a waking up in the middle of the night into the most blissful experience you ever had.

First of all,

We need to calm the mind.

Take a few deep breathing,

Inhaling all the way to your pelvic floor.

Exhaling and visualize that that excess you're feeling in your mind by thinking is just moving,

Dropping down from the top to the bottom like a beautiful stream of water that is flowing and emptying this excessive gushing sensation in the brain all the way down to your lower abdomen,

All the way down to your lower abdomen,

To your feet and outside.

Again inhale a bit deeper than normal and exhale all the tension from your brain like a beautiful stream of pure pristine water flowing down your body through your pelvic floor,

Through your leg,

Feet and out.

All the tension dissipates from the top to the bottom.

Again taking a deeper breath than normal and exhaling,

Softening,

Releasing tension.

Allow the excess in the mind to soften and empty downwards.

And now when you establish this beautiful connection between your brain and your lower body,

Establish this beautiful image of a pristine stream of water flowing down your body.

Let's expand the awareness and acknowledge that that flow doesn't start in your brain.

Actually it starts in the heavens.

From the heaven there is like a golden waterfall that flows down and nourishes you and cleanses you and calms you.

Invite that energy to flow down from heaven and to cleanse all the tension you're feeling in your brain,

In your body,

In your emotions.

Everything is cleansed downwards.

And then you can incorporate it with the breath that when you inhale,

You inhale from that infinite source into your body.

You're inhaling all this nourishment into your body and you're exhaling any leftover tension so you become calm,

You become soft.

And now allow yourself to feel and now allow yourself to feel and to visualize that that flow that nourishes you is not related to the breath.

It is doing it all the time.

And it's not only coming from heaven in a vertical way,

It's actually all around you,

Wrapping all around you in the most beautiful,

Cozy,

Loving layers of love,

Of nourishment,

Of wellness.

You're wrapped,

You're loved,

You are held.

The whole creation is there for you so you can soften and be comfortable again.

Allow yourself to feel that nourishment.

Be open for it,

As if all your pores becoming portal through which the life force of creation can penetrate and harmonize you.

And then allow your awareness to widen away from the physical form,

Acknowledging that nourishment that you're feeling is in fact a field,

A vibrational field that actually you are part of it.

So allow yourself to feel that your body vibrating within and it's part of an infinite vibrational ocean.

That connection,

That vibrational ocean of being will slowly dissolve all tensions which you're experiencing within you.

Just hold this state and invite all tension,

Emotional tension,

Physical tension,

Psychological tension,

Or energy tension to dissolve.

Take your time.

This will take place,

Don't worry.

Slowly you're going to feel not only less tense,

But actually you're going to feel that you are pure vibration.

That all the tension dissolve and transform into blissful being.
