Big welcome my friend.
Let's meditate to include all our being together.
To include and feel that we are part of all there is.
And to feel that we don't reject any part of our own existence.
Make sure you're sitting comfortable.
Obviously you can lie down or find whatever position that doesn't stress your system.
A position when you feel that you can relax each part of your being and feel comfortable.
Let's start by taking a few deep breathings.
Visualizing that the breath enters to the whole body.
And when we exhale we're just releasing tension downwards to the earth.
Again deep breath into the whole body.
Exhale releasing tension down to the earth.
Again inhale and feel that your body is like a balloon and it's stretching to all direction.
Including your toes,
Including your legs,
Your arms,
Your fingers,
Your face,
Your skull.
Everything opens up when you inhale and relaxes when you exhale.
Inclusion makes us feel amazing.
Exclusion,
Rejection,
Opposite.
We can already see that when we breathe with inclusion meaning our whole body is one.
Breathe in and opens up like a balloon.
We feel great.
So let's expand this feeling of unity,
This acknowledgement that my body is one.
And breathe not only to our physical form.
Let's breathe to our energy form meaning our aura.
The energy field surrounding your physical form.
So when you inhale that you introduce air to your whole body and you felt this expansion like a balloon.
Continue this expansion into your aura and feel that you're expanding as you inhale.
You become so so wide.
And when you exhale again relax.
Let the physical form soften.
Again breathing deep into your aura.
Try to include your whole physical form and outside into the space surrounding the physical form when you inhale.
And when you exhale you release tension.
And to reaffirm the unity with all there is.
The oneness.
To include all life together.
Let's visualize that we are in a multidimensional matrix that connects us all together.
All life form,
Human plants,
Animals,
Rocks,
Mountains,
Seas,
Dolphin,
Whales,
Solar system,
Galaxies.
The whole creation is completely connected into this matrix of being.
And it connects outside from your physical form.
It connects inwards on this matrix.
This is your liver,
Is your heart,
Your face,
Your arms,
Your legs.
Each and every cell,
Atom,
Molecule,
Organ.
Forming part of this infinite matrix of life.
And when you inhale you are receiving so much power,
So much life force from the whole creation.
To nourish each and every cell within you.
When you exhale you are sending so much light and power and life through this matrix to the whole creation.
So the connection between all there is becomes more vital,
More powerful,
More present.
Let's take a minute to breathe in this way,
To reaffirm our unity with all there is.
If you feel any tension within you,
When you inhale receive the power and the light and let this tension be healed,
Be acknowledged.
When you exhale you allow this tension to dissolve and to transform into light that is shared in the whole creation.
And like this you can move from part to part within your physical form,
Your human being and to dissolve it.
Through awareness,
Breathing and visualization of light.
