That's the only thing we can take with us across life and into death and another life.
Only that essence of stillness stays forever.
I guess you're recognizing it.
So,
Let's connect to that stillness.
Let's look for that stillness.
That stillness which is the essence,
The base,
The foundation,
In fact,
Of all existence is somewhere inside you,
In your heart.
In your solar plexus area.
Somewhere there.
And you can connect to it.
Only by shifting your awareness or your mind attention from thinking,
Meaning from creating.
Images with this mind,
Creating realities actually with this mind is what thoughts means.
Into being in the reality you're living right now.
That's really what makes a difference.
That movement from thought or external reality or dreamed reality we can say.
Into presence.
Is that movement from noise into stillness.
Normally,
Habitually,
We're living in noise.
This mind is moving a lot,
A lot.
Sometimes faster and more loud,
And sometimes just as a background.
We can say thought,
But actually noise or anxiety.
But really it is embraced in the center of peace.
That's what we are here to train.
So that time It is centered in peace.
Will be more and more present in our life.
But for that,
We need to be really clear about noise and about peace.
We really need to know how to move that muscle.
Of the mind from noise,
Meaning following images,
Dreaming you can say,
Into Complete Presence.
So pay attention to your mind right now.
Where is it?
Is it dreaming?
Is it out or is it in?
Just pay attention.
No judgment there.
And it doesn't matter if your body feels agitated,
Your nervous system feels agitated.
You might feel emotional,
Anxious.

It matters,
But it's very beautiful to see that,
In fact,
It doesn't matter.
The thing is to move beyond that.

Your system will harmonize.

As you were aware of the noise meaning of the dreaming mind,
And dreaming is not only at night,
We constantly dream,
Because we create realities with the mind,

But we call it reality,
Yet we are dreaming.
Let's establish clarity.
About that island of peace within us.
That place that when we touch it,
We know we are home.
It can be outside really stormy,

Really physical.
Many people talking,
Many ideas in the mind.
But we choose to bring the awareness inwards.
Into the heart.
Into the center,
Center of our existence.
Practically speaking,
Is directing that thinking part that is in the front of your head from being like a fountain.
Of thoughts,
To direct it into the heart or a bit lower to the solar plexus,
That area.
Where peace resides.
Always.
So let's do it and let's try to establish the mind there.
And here we need to be firm.
Because when our nervous system is still,
Agitated,
It will be pulled out,
Pulled out,
Pulled out constantly with thoughts.
So we need to be firm,
Not aggressive,
Not judgmental in any way,
Because those are not the dreams that our mind creates.
Just be very focused.
In that area in your body that gives you a sense of peace.
That island that is safe to be there.
Allowing the flow of life force,

Communication of constant movement of energy between these two centers.
Third eye.
Hard solar plexus.
Don't worry about the noise.

A fountain of dreams,

Making sure that everything comes down gradually.
Is your nervous system still being agitated and is starting to relax?
Gradually that sense of separate vibration or separate existence between what you call you and the outside diminish.
There's more and more layers.
Of agitation.
Are relaxing around you.
That sense of I'm all there is.
Start to become more and more apparent.
Keep expanding your awareness into rings of tension… until they calm down.
It's so beautiful to observe that as this process goes more expanded and more expanded the minds relaxes.
The breath goes deeper.
And there's a general sense of well-being that starts to become the center of our existence.
That awareness that allows you to do everything.
In fact,
It's already infinite.
It never been small really.
It's just that your mind hijacked completely that awareness and took it as an ego-identity.
I am me.
As you regaining harmonious existence by calming the nervous system.
Again,
The vibration around you.
And awareness start to synchronize.
Until.
.
.
They become one.
And I get that separation.
Completely diminishes.
And the only way to do it.

Is to shift the attention from dreaming and from thinking.
From creating waves of thoughts that actually separates you from Source into using the same power of the mind to acknowledge its infinite existence.
The same mind that separates you is the same mind that unites you.
So now let's keep the mind infinite.
Let's acknowledge back source infinity.
All there is,
Am I.
Your true existence is boundless,
Is infinite.
Your dream,
Dreamed existence.
Is separated.
Expand your awareness into the whole creation.
Again,
The fact that your awareness is infinite doesn't mean that you don't feel tension in your body or in your emotions.
On your energy?
But this will continue to dissolve with no problem.
Keep using your mind.
To hold its awareness on the whole creation?
And on tension in the same time.
That island of peace which we started this meditation with.
Is your soul.
A debt spark of light.
In that divine light that is always within you.
But normally it's covered with so many layers of tension.
That soul of yours is yearning.
To come home,
To vibrate again.
As the whole creation.
It's raining.
To stop being separated.
And live in peace.
Let's continue using the awareness and checking different centers.
To invite them to harmonize completely with Source.
Those centers are maybe in wrong vibration.
As a result of the dream that we were living before we started meditation.
Or the dream that we're dreaming for millions of years,
Millions of lifetimes,
The dream of separation.
This creates enormous tension in our system.
Let's connect to our heart center.
And as the whole creation boundless being,
Invite your heart center to synchronize.
I'm inviting as the whole creation.
My heart center to harmonize vibration.
With sauce.

Let's do the same with the solar plexus,
Just below the chest,
Upper part of the abdomen.
As the whole creation.
As boundless being.
I'm calling my solar plexus.
To synchronize.
With Infinity MI.
You are already everything.
You're just inviting parts of pieces.
Of that little person to join.
I'm inviting all my chakra system.
To synchronize with Infinity MI.
Grace chakra.
Sacral chakra,
Solar plexus,
Heart.
Throat,
Third eye and crown.
All of them now entering into complete synchronization with Source.
And me as the whole creation.
Observing that process.
As you go through this process gradually,
You stop feeling your body?
Because right now your awareness is completely in the realm of energy,
Of being.
And those parts you do feel,
They are still in a more gross vibration,
More thick vibration.
So you can invite them to join.
And the last thing.

Is drop the mind itself.
To completely drop that part.
That did the whole job.
That took you from stagnation Separation.
Into liberation.
So you drop the mind,
Meaning you drop any need,
Any notion.
Any movement of that part of your existence.
And you clearly see that you are existing beautifully and perfectly,

Or the thinking aspect of mind,
Stops moving.
Don't be afraid of being with no movement in the mind.
It'll bring you to the most beautiful and peaceful and blissful state of being.
Practically speaking.
It's complete softening of the forehead and the eyes,
The face.
So in a way surrendering the energy that is needed for the mind to move Let it flow down.
And allow yourself to be in complete stillness.
