Let's talk about cropping.
When you want to work on a specific photos,
Image,
Sometimes you crop only the head or different parts of the body.
Same we're doing with the mind.
We want to feel a specific part of the body in a way we direct our awareness and that part is being separated in a way with our awareness from the rest of the body.
If we want to feel your toes,
Your fingers or your whole body,
In a way you're cropping it,
You're separating it.
Separating from what?
Separating from the whole creation.
Because the whole creation is actually one vibrating field and the mind crops normally the body,
Our human form is a separated form from that field.
But this is only because the mind is doing it,
Because we are accustomed to do that.
The truth is that you are the whole creation and just by habit you separated yourself from the wholeness.
So you're constantly subconsciously cropping your being from the rest.
You can try it yourself if you want to meditate and for example pay attention only to your toes.
So awareness will connect to your toes and the information only will come from your toes.
Then you can shift to your fingers,
Be the same.
So you're cropping,
Meaning you're focusing on one part and then the information starts to move from that part into your awareness.
You can be aware of the whole body and the same will happen.
You can become aware of your aura,
Same will happen.
So every part of your body or outside your body that your awareness is cropping,
Is dividing,
Is separating from the whole,
That's what you're going to be aware of and that will be your reality.
This is great news because it means that you can allow your mind to become infinite.
Now what is the big deal of being infinite?
The answer is that this is the truth,
Meaning that the whole creation vibrates as one field and not support,
Which is not supposed to be separated into bits and pieces.
Every dolphin knows that,
Every flower knows that,
Every butterfly knows that,
The Sun,
The Moon,
The whole creation knows that besides us human being that by habit,
Wrong habit,
We're separating ourself from the whole and we suffer as a result in all aspects.
So we must reconnect and it's simple,
You just allow your mind to acknowledge the truth,
Meaning infinite being,
Infinite vibration.
It's not a religion,
It's not a dogma,
It's not philosophy,
It's just an experience.
When you do that,
When your mind expand to infinity and you hold that expansion,
Then everything within you calms down,
Feels comfortable,
Feels blissful.
Yeah,
You may need to give it some time because the system is so overwhelmed by its separated existence,
So the nervous system is very tense and very anxious.
But once you're acknowledging the truth,
Meaning the infinite vibration which you are part of,
In fact you are that infinite vibration,
Then everything calms down and you feel amazing.
There are many meditations I recorded in order to do exactly that,

And that state of vibration is not only affecting you to feel better,
Much better,
It will affect actually the whole humanity.
