Hey my friend,

Let's harmonize anxiety and our nervous system by grounding,
By sending the energy down.
Make sure you're feeling comfortable sitting or lying down.
And let's start by taking a few deep breaths in and then exhaling tension out.
Again,
Take a deep breath in,
Guided to the lower part of your body,
Meaning the pelvic floor area,
And then exhale and release.
One more time,
A deep breath in,
Pelvic floor,
Lower abdomen,
Mid-torso,
Chest,
Shoulders,
And then exhaling in a reverse order,
Chest,
Mid-torso,
Abdomen,
Releasing tension.
Let's continue with breath awareness,
But now not so strong,
Not so deep,
And let's incorporate affirmation.
I'm inhaling light,
I'm inhaling calmness into my abdomen,
And I'm exhaling tension away from my body,
Down and out.
I'm inhaling calmness,
Inhaling light into my abdomen.
I'm exhaling tension down and out from my body.
Every breath,
We're visualizing light,
We're feeling peace that enters to our abdomen and spreads all over the body.
Every exhalation,
We visualize the tension leaves down and out and gradually transforms into radiating light.
I'm inhaling love and light into my body.
I'm exhaling all tension and visualizing that it transforms into beautiful bright light.
Now let's focus on directing all the tension from our mind and upper body down,
Through our body,
Through our legs,
Down into our feet and like roots into the center of the earth.
So let's visualize that our head is like a lake that is overflowing with so much gushing waves and so much water and the lower part of our body feels empty and visualize a beautiful stream of water starting to make its way down from the head,
Down the front of our body,
Down our legs,
Down our feet and continue into the earth.
A beautiful stream of blue pristine like water starting to move down and with its flow it emptying all tension from the head,
From our chest,
From our abdomen and sending it down into the earth.
Let's incorporate the breath into this movement.
So we inhale to the head and when we exhale we visualize that that movement of the breath out enhances the flow of the water.
In that beautiful river of light,
Inhaling light into your head and exhaling it,
Guiding it like a beautiful stream of pristine beautiful river of light down your body into the earth.
Let's amplify that image of flow to include the back as well.
And let's change that image of the river into a waterfall.
That you're standing under a waterfall,
A beautiful waterfall of the most refreshing water.
That flows down and cleanse your head and flowing beautifully on your back down,
On your front down,
On your sides down and cleansing all tension from the top all the way down into the earth.
And again we're incorporating this image with a breath.
When we inhale we're visualizing.
When we inhale we visualize this beautiful waterfall coming down from heaven into our head.
When we exhale we're feeling,
Seeing how the flow cleanses any form of tension through our whole body into the earth.
Now let's let go of the control breathing and try to keep the image of the beautiful waterfall of light flowing down and cleansing you.
Cleansing tension from the upper body and sending it down.
As it flows down it's soothing your heart.
It's soothing and relaxing your solar plexus.
Your abdomen,
Your legs and you feel that your body unites with that feeling of softness through all its length from head to toes.
As if that flow has the quality of softening any form of tension within you and make you completely comfortable and relaxed.
And let's conclude with affirmation.

I'm safe.
