Hey my friend,
Big welcome.
Let's dedicate this meditation to connect with pleasure through the pelvic floor,
Through sexual energy.
So I want to invite you to take a comfortable position.
Sit or lie down.
Complete ease,
Complete peace.
Direct your awareness to the breath as it moves in the body.
Take one or two deep breathings,
Directing the breath into the pelvic floor.
And when you exhale,
You relax and you soften.
Again,
Deeper breath into the pelvic floor.
And then you exhale,
You soften and you relax.
Now bring your awareness to the pelvic floor.
And just be present there,
Inviting any sensation to manifest naturally from that area.
Allow your pelvic floor to soften,
To open up,
To spread gently.
Allow wounds to emanate from that energy center into your whole body.
And now bring your awareness into the anus and just be present with that part of your body.
It is a part of your body,
Exactly like your knee,
Your nose,
Your eyes.
Please don't allow thoughts that separate that part from your body to interfere.
Just be there,
Experience it like any other part of your body.
That area of your body has the message,
The ability and the quality to emanate pleasure,
To emanate well-being,
To emanate softness and relaxation.
So allow those sensations to emanate like waves in a calm lake.
Invite those sensations of pleasure to start and spread from that area of the pelvic floor into the rest of your body.
And always,
If you're not clear about the sensation,
Bring back your awareness and focus on the anus.
Once the pleasurable sensations are felt clearly,
Then widen your awareness and invite that sensation to spread.
Ideally,
Slowly,
It can be felt in the rest of your body and allows you to feel relaxed,
Comfortable,
At ease.
Each and every cell of your body is craving pleasure.
It functions the best in a pleasure environment.
So invite that sensation to gradually expand and felt all over your body.
No rush.
As much as the anus is relaxed and softened,
The power of vibration emanating from there will be stronger and will be felt all over your body,
Including your brain,
Including your eyes,
Including your whole being.
If thoughts are coming in,
Just allow them to move like clouds in blue sky and come back into that feeling of the pleasure emanates from your pelvic floor into your whole body,
Your whole being.
It will pull you down into emanation of pleasure.
It will overwhelm your brain,
Your mind,
Your thoughts into an experience of pleasurable existence.
Once you do it,
When you do it again and again,
You feel that it gives you the permission to live your life with awareness of pleasure that comes from anything you're doing,
With the awareness that you're walking,
Allowing pleasure to be your companion in life.
