The Tapping Points
Here are the main EFT tapping points, each one used in a typical tapping round: Karate Chop Point — the fleshy outer edge of the hand, used while stating the setup phrase. Eyebrow Point — where the eyebrow begins near the bridge of the nose. Side of Eye — on the bone at the outside corner of the eye. Under Eye — on the bone directly beneath the pupil. Under Nose — between the nose and upper lip. Chin Point — the crease between the lower lip and chin. Collarbone Point — just below the collarbone, slightly to the side. Under Arm — about four inches below the armpit, on the side of the ribcage. Top of Head — the crown of the head.

Before we begin,
We need to review the tapping points.
So when we're going through the tapping points,
We may choose to use an open hand.
We may choose to use our fingertips.
And we might also choose to use one hand or two,
Depending on the point.
The first point is the karate chop point here.
And that looks like this on the side of the hand,
Either using our palm or our fingertips.
The next point is on the top of our head.
So we can again.
.
.
Tap,
Open hand,
Or with fingertips.
We then move to the inside of the eyebrow point,
So right where the eyebrow ends and where our nose bridge meets that eyebrow.
Using this point here.
One or two.
We then move to the outside of the eye.
If you feel into this area,
There's a tiny little dip.
And that is the point that we're wanting to press on.
If you have glasses,
You may need to move that slightly or go just under the arms of your glasses.
The next point is under the eyes.
Again,
With glasses,
You'll go just under where those glasses sit on your face.
We then move to the bottom underneath the nose.
Onto the chin.
Just underneath and along the bottoms of the collarbones.
And then under the arm.
And as we proceed through this,
You'll notice that we do a few rounds on each of these points as we go.
