Welcome to today's yoga nidra session.
As always find a comfortable position laying on your back.
You can place a blanket underneath you to make your space really comfortable and cozy.
Your body will cool down during the practice so make sure to wear socks,
A hoodie or cover your body with a blanket.
So you can really drop into this practice.
And whenever you found the perfect position for you by laying on your back,
Lengthening your legs,
Flipping your palms upwards,
Make a few last adjustments that help you to really arrive in this yoga nidra practice.
And whenever you feel ready close your eyes.
Allow your whole body to melt down towards the floor,
The blanket,
The ground that carries you.
Allow every tension holding on in your body to be released.
Feel yourself being carried and supported by the ground underneath you.
Allow your toes to fall to the sides,
Every muscle in your face,
Your back,
Your arms,
Your fingers and legs to fully let go.
Become aware of the parts of your body that are touching the floor.
Become aware of your breath moving your upper body in your own rhythm.
Relax your belly.
And before we dive through this yoga nidra session,
I invite you to set your intention for this practice right now.
Where in your life would you like to listen more to your intuition,
To your heart rather than your mind?
I want you to set your intention from this place.
Repeat your sankhaypa,
Your intention three times for yourself in your mind's eye.
And we start this practice at your right foot.
Bring your full awareness,
Your full presence.
You can even imagine the body part I'm mentioning with your eyes starting at your right big toe.
Feeling,
Visualizing your second toe,
Your middle toe,
Your fourth toe and the fifth toe.
Become aware of all of your five toes on your right foot and the space around your toes.
Feel the back of your foot,
The inside of your foot,
Right ankle,
Right chin and calf muscle,
Knee.
Upper leg,
Right hip socket,
Left hip socket,
Left upper leg,
Knee.
Left chin and calf muscle,
Left ankle,
Back of your foot,
Inside of your left foot.
Left big toe,
Second toe,
Middle toe,
Fourth toe,
Fifth toe.
Become aware of the space around your toes.
Feel your left thumb,
Index finger,
Middle finger,
Ring finger and your pinky finger.
Feel the space around your fingers,
The back of your hand,
The inside of your left hand,
Wrist,
Forearm,
Elbow,
Left upper arm,
Shoulder.
Feel your right shoulder,
Right upper arm,
Elbow,
Forearm,
Wrist.
Back of your right hand,
Inside of your hand,
Thumb,
Index finger,
Middle finger,
Ring finger,
Pinky finger.
Become aware of the space around your fingers.
Feel your forehead,
Your eyeballs,
Your cheeks,
Upper lip,
Lower lip,
Tongue.
Nose,
Chin,
Throat,
Chest,
Upper belly,
Lower belly.
Feel your womb space.
Feel your heart space.
Become aware of the wisdom of your body in these two areas.
Your heart that is always guiding you,
That always knows what's right for you.
Your own love that's so magnetic,
Radiating beyond your physical body.
And the wisdom of your womb,
The center of creation,
The place of where your creations are being birthed from.
Feel how powerful these both areas of your body are,
The ancient wisdom that they hold.
And promise to yourself that you will honor this wisdom,
That you will listen to it and no longer allow your mind to make every single decision in your life.
Even if it's comfortable,
You choose to create a life that is in alignment with your heart's desire,
Your truth,
The wisdom of your womb.
So you no longer listen to the fear and doubts,
The worries of your ego and mind.
Say sorry to all the moments you didn't listen,
But you knew deep inside that your heart always knows the way.
But because you were too afraid,
You listened to your mind and it had consequences.
Say sorry to yourself for all the moments you allowed your fear,
Your worries and doubts to hold you back.
Every time your mind took the decision and not your heart.
Promise that from now on you will honor your intuition,
Your heart,
Your womb to lead you to the right direction of your life.
A direction,
A path that is in alignment with who you truly are,
Beyond the conditioning,
Beyond the fear.
Remember your intention,
Your sankhilpa,
And connect it with your promise to listen to the wisdom of your body.
Repeat your intention,
Your sankhilpa,
Three more times.
And then slowly come back into your body,
Feel your breath,
Deepen your breath and make subtle movements with your fingers,
Your toes,
Your wrists and ankles to awaken your body,
Staying connected to your promise,
To the wisdom of your body.
Gently roll over to the right side,
Hug your knees towards your chest,
Take a moment to just be.
To just be with yourself.
Keep your eyes closed and slowly come back into a seated position,
Take a few moments to arrive here.
Bring your hands in front of your heart and simply give thanks by bowing your head towards your fingertips giving thanks to the wisdom of your body that always knows the answer,
The next step,
The right path for you.
And then gently blink your eyes open,
Come back into the present moment.
