Welcome sisters to our Wild Woman Meditation today.

I invite you to find a comfortable seat.

You can sit on a pillow or a blanket,

Whatever makes you feel comfortable and cozy.

Maybe you want to smudge yourself before we get started and you can pause this meditation to get you in a state of really feeling good in this moment.

Whenever you're ready find a comfortable seat.

Lengthen your spine,

Lift the crown of your head towards the ceiling.

Allow the weight of your body to ground you into this moment.

Allow all the heaviness,

The tension to melt down towards the floor.

Relax your feet,

Your sit bones,

Your hips and thighs,

Your knees.

And imagine you're growing roots from the sole of your feet into the earth.

And by growing these roots you can really feel this emotion,

This sensation of grounding in your whole body.

Imagine through these roots you're soaking up this nurturing energy of the earth and it's flowing through your body and filling you up with this feeling of safety and groundedness.

At the same time I invite you to bring your awareness into your heart space.

So you're grounded in your roots and you allow yourself to open your heart.

Bring your awareness into your heart space and imagine everything,

All the worlds,

The limiting beliefs,

The doubts,

Your protective layers,

Everything that's like a cloud around your heart is slowly dissolving for this meditation.

You're in this state of pure openness and receptivity.

Feel how your heart energy is expanding.

How powerful it is when you drift away the layers around it.

And with this open heart imagine you're connected to the sky through the crown of your head.

Maybe it's just a feeling of openness,

Connection.

Maybe you can imagine a white light moving through the crown of your head and connecting both levels,

The earth and the sky,

And they are meeting at your heart space,

The place of your desires.

Really feel this connection to the sky,

To the universe,

And at the same time to our beautiful planet and how these energies meet each other at your heart space.

And I want you to take 10 deep breaths now.

I'm going to guide you through them,

But imagine with every inhale you're receiving energy from the universe and with every exhale you're grounding through your feet,

Through your roots,

And allow your body to relax even more,

To feel more safe with every single time you exhale.

We're going to start together.

Take a deep inhale through your nose into your belly,

All the way up into your chest,

And exhale through the mouth.

Inhale,

Belly,

Chest,

And exhale through the mouth.

Do eight more rounds in your own pace.

And really imagine how you're grounding yourself with every exhale and receiving this radiant light with every inhale.

This light is lifting you up,

Filling you up,

And every exhale grounds you more into this moment of safety,

Of openness.

Beautiful.

Feel this beautiful light,

This radiant magnetic light with every inhale.

Imagine how it's spreading through your entire being and how you're grounding this feeling with every exhale and how it's supporting you in every single moment.

Whenever you've finished your 10 deep breaths,

Allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm.

Notice how calm you are,

How grounded and connected you feel,

And turn your awareness into your heart space.

Notice if any protection layer found its way back around it and then just exploded.

Imagine you're really expanding your heart space.

There's no space for restriction,

For fences.

It's just overflowing with love,

With openness and receptivity.

And from this place,

I invite you to drop into your heart space to really allow yourself to feel your magnetic radiant light.

And in this state of being,

What is moving through you?

What is alive for you right now?

This is the state of your inner wild woman.

She's not afraid to feel her feelings,

To speak her truth and to stay connected to her deepest desires.

She's not afraid to hurt someone because deep inside she knows she is her own number one priority.

Connect to this inner wild woman inside of you,

This version that has been longing to be felt,

This version of you that speaks her truth unconditionally,

That says no when she wants to say no,

This version of yourself that knows exactly what she wants and what she desires,

This version of yourself that feels worthy to receive,

This version that can feel her own power,

Her own radiance and how she impacts others by allowing herself to be in this state.

Take a moment to really feel this wild woman inside of you and how she's been longing to express herself.

How many times you allowed herself to be tamed,

To be put in a cage.

Connect to your wild beauty and in this state of your inner wildness,

Take a moment to connect to your deepest desire that's alive for you right now in this moment.

You can place one hand on your heart,

The other hand on top to really receive your longings,

Your desires.

What do you wish to receive,

To manifest,

To magnetize in your life right now if there's no restrictions because your inner wild woman knows she can achieve anything she wants?

What is your deepest desire right now?

What is your heart longing for?

And how can you get there?

What is the next little step towards your desire?

Maybe it's to be honest with yourself.

Maybe it means something has to fall away for it to manifest,

Something you've outgrown but you're still holding on.

Take a moment to connect with this desire,

To allow it to be there,

To feel its power.

There's a reason why you have it.

Stay connected to this feeling while you slowly come back into your body.

Place your hands back on your thighs.

Back to the feeling of groundedness and the connection to the universe.

Deepen your breath.

Place your hands in front of your heart and slowly,

Slowly come back into this present moment,

Bring your eyes open.

And before you go on with your day,

I invite you to journal,

To write down your deepest desires.

Don't hold back.

Allow everything to flow out,

To move through you.

The sky is the limit.

Write everything you desire from deep within onto paper.
