Relax your body,
Sit back,
Listen,
And breathe.
To soften in a world that hardens us takes courage.
Yet softness is not weakness.
It is the strength to remain open.
It is what allows love to reach us,
Reshape us,
And remind us who we are.
Center into the breath,
Deeply inhaling and exhaling.
Look around our world.
The systems once grounded in separation are crumbling.
We see polarization,
Disconnection,
Loneliness,
Fear.
But beneath it all,
There is an awakening happening.
Humanity is being called back to the heart.
Rumi's message lands in this time like medicine.
He reminds us that love itself is the great attractor,
Pulling us back to one another,
Beyond identity,
Beyond ideology.
He said,
Don't be satisfied with stories,
How things have gone with others.
Unfold your own myth.
That means each of us becomes a living scripture,
Not by following a doctrine,
But by embodying the truth that love reveals in us.
You may be feeling the intensity of this era.
Exhaustion,
Emotional waves,
Uncertainty about the future.
Rumi would tell you,
Stay inside your heart.
There is a knowing there that the world cannot disrupt.
There is a rhythm that transcends chaos and leads you home.
When we remember to breathe,
We remember.
Love is not something we find.
It is what we are returning to,
And what we've never truly left.
To live Rumi's teaching today is to accept every experience as divine choreography.
Each relationship,
Joy and loss is shaping us to return to the awareness that only love is real.
He said,
Let yourself be silently drawn by the strange pull of what you really love.
It will not lead you astray.
That pull is the vibration of the soul in harmony with Source.
Following it may mean letting go of logic's comfort,
But it will always lead us home.
So how do we practice this in the modern world?
First,
We listen.
Not with the ears,
But with the heart.
Listen to the hidden language beneath every encounter.
Notice what life is trying to show you.
Not in blame,
But in invitation.
Second,
We offer gratitude.
Gratitude shifts perception from absence to abundance.
Rumi wrote,
Wear gratitude like a cloak,
And it will feed every corner of your life.
Gratitude transforms difficulty into teacher,
Confusion into clarity,
And disconnection into communion.
Third,
We give,
Not to fix or prove,
But to express love's nature,
Which is generosity,
Whether through a kind word,
Forgiveness,
Or service.
Every act of giving softens the veil between Self and Source.
This is the alchemy of love made practical.
It is how we turn daily living into spiritual practice,
How we transform habit into holiness.
When we become empty of ego,
God breathes through us.
The music of love then moves through our every word,
Our work,
Our silence.
Let your awareness rest in the center of the chest,
The sacred chamber of the heart.
Each breath is an arrival.
Each act of kindness is a step closer.
Each moment of awareness emerging with the Beloved that lives in all.
Inhale and exhale deeply,
Allowing love's breath to course all the way through,
From the inside out.
In love,
Of love,
With love,
And as love.
I am Simran.
Be well.
