Good morning my beauties.
I am welcoming you to I AM LOVE.
Find the most comfortable sitting,
Falling down position.
Where you can give yourself your full permission to dissolve in your own breath.
Become aware of your breath.
Observe where it's arriving and where it's departing.
Can you feel the chest rise and fall down?
Feel the sensation of the air rushing through your nostrils.
Keep your full focus on your breath.
Allow yourself to bring that breath into all parts of your being.
Bring it into your toes,
Into the soles of your feet.
Bring it into your ankles and your chins.
And with that breath,
Feel the relaxation flooding through your legs.
Penetrating your knees,
Your thighs,
Your hips.
Bringing that breath into your belly.
Sensing and feeling what is the life.
And sensations.
Ascending messages through your breath.
Divert that relaxation up into your ribcage,
Into your heart.
Take a few breaths into your magical heart.
Breathe rainbows,
Breathe joy,
Breathe love and gratitude into your heart.
And feel the relaxation spreading into your shoulders,
Your both arms.
Relaxing any muscles in your back.
Starting from the base of your spine,
Moving through each of your vertebrae,
One by one.
So we are low back,
Traveling into the middle back.
Passing through the back of your heart,
Your upper back.
Doubling up the level of relaxation in your shoulders,
In your neck,
Front and back.
Feeling how this breath relaxes every muscle in your face.
Relaxing your jaw,
Your teeth,
Extending this space between upper and lower palate.
Softening your tongue,
Relaxing your eyes,
Your temples,
Your forehead.
Breathing breath into your third eye.
And from your third eye,
Shifting the breath up into your crown.
This week we're exploring shadow work.
In this relaxed state of awareness,
I invite you to contemplate your perceptions about shadows.
The shadow is nothing else but a part of us which we do not acknowledge,
Do not accept,
Do not see.
It is part of our subconscious mind.
It is not only mind,
But also now energetic field.
What is your relationship with your shadows?
Do you pretend you don't have them?
Do you become ashamed and suddenly you react in an expected way for yourself and for others?
I would love you to choose one aspect of your being which proven to be disempowering.
Maybe a reaction,
Maybe a belief,
Maybe intensity of the emotion.
What is it for you that makes you tighten,
Feel ashamed of that,
Makes you feel you'll hide it away,
Very deep down so no one could ever find out that about you?
I invite you to welcome that part,
To be present here with you,
Sitting right next to you.
And if you feel more comfortable,
You can call upon your spirit animal to make you feel more safe.
We can also call upon your spirit guide to be on the other side protecting you,
Making you feel safe.
Very often we feel what we don't understand,
But what if we allow ourself to invite,
Invite that aspect of our being which we could have rejected in our childhood.
I guess it was not welcomed by others or their perceptions.
Becoming intimate was that part which sometimes act out in a way you don't understand,
In a way you don't lack,
In a way makes you feel ashamed.
I invite you to see that as part of you,
It is outside of your conscious mind.
I invite you to envision it as a shadow,
Falling everywhere,
Asking for your approval,
Acceptance,
Asking for your love.
Perhaps we can open up a conversation with your shadow and ask that unconscious aspect of yours,
Why is it here?
What is it protecting you from?
Your shadow might or might not answer.
What if we choose to send love and energy regardless and say,
Hey,
Thank you for being following me all my life,
Wanting me to be safe.
I appreciate you,
I see you now,
I no longer desire to push you away,
Hide you,
Tip down.
It is safe for you to reveal yourself.
It is safe for you to believe me that I can protect myself,
That you can remain within me,
As my friend,
As my ally,
And allow me to breathe into you,
To hug you,
To welcome you,
To be fully integrated and dissolve within me.

I'm offering five deep nourishing breaths to your shadow.
I see you,

I acknowledge you,

Breathing breaths of love and acceptance into that aspect of you.

Integration.

You might have been with me beyond this lifetime,

I praise acceptance,
I welcome you back into the conscious realm of my being.

Your spirit animal and your spirit kind right next to you,
Always there.
And that shadow aspect feels welcome,
Feels home.
You might want to communicate more,
Messages to you at a later stage.
Assure it's okay,
You're open to receive,
You're open to hear.
And how does it feel in your body?
A more dense part of you,
Welcome for integration.
Move through the light of awareness,
Breathing into your wholeness,
To your divinity.
And release any residues of expectation to be perfect.
Or some kind of notions that shadows are bad,
They are not.
Very often they hold the positive aspect within us as well.
Start rewriting your story and welcoming all your shadows to return to the light of your awareness.
Welcome them all as you welcome your emotions,
Your end of them as your children.
And whenever you're ready,
Feel the surface below your body holding you.
Feel sensation of your breath moving through you,
Connecting all the sounds,
All the smells.
And whenever you're ready,
Open your eyes and feel more complete,
More whole,
More accepted,
More integrated.
