Thanks.
Again,
We're sitting on our chair or on the ground or a pillow,
Feeling where the body touches the surface.
Really allowing the weight of the body to push you in deeper and deeper.
Sitting firmly.
Following the natural flow of breath.
Relaxing the arms.
Noticing maybe A slight tingling sensation in the hands,
Many people call it,
This aliveness we can sense.
In the body,
Often in the hands,
The feet.
And if you're not feeling that right now,
There's nothing wrong,
That's just how things are right now.
Soften the belly.
Notice maybe how as you breathe in the belly extends outward.
Relaxing the face.
The jaws.
Now we can start to Gently increase the intensity of our breathing somewhat.
Just breathe a little bit more briskly.
We're now entering our first breath session of this round of our presence process.
And those who are more familiar with the breathwork,
You can choose if you want to breathe through the mouth,
Which generally gives a more intense experience.
Or through the nose,
Which generally gives amour.
Gentle experience.
Our next step is to leave out the breaks.
In our breathing.
So there's no more pause at the end for out-breath.
Or the in-breath if you ever had one.
And our breath.
Flow,
The sound of it too becomes one continuous.
We will continue doing this for the full coming 10 years.
For eight minutes.
So find a breathing intensity and tempo that feels comfortable for you and that you can do with heightened attention.
You feel focused.
And at the same time relaxed,
So you can allow some ease into your breathing.
Now it's natural for some air to remain in the lungs after your out-breath.
See that you're not pushing the breath out.
From the body too much.
If you notice that you become dizzy,
One possible explanation is that you are pushing out too much.
So see if you can just drop the breath out.
Just let it fall if you're breathing through the mouth.
Exhale,
Just let it fall.
It's like a continuous sigh of relief.
And if you do that while breathing through the mouth,
You'll notice that your breathing is not equal and that is fine.
So you'll breathe in longer and your exhale will be shorter.
If you are breathing through the nose.
You can aim for equal in and out breaths and you will apply some pressure because the nose is a.
.
.
Narrower channel for the breath.
If you notice now that you're up in your mind thinking about the technique a lot,
Then just allow yourself to go with whatever is right here right now.
There's lots of time to.
.
.
Practice and experiment.
And for now just surrender into a rhythmic breathing pattern for the coming five minutes or so.
You And now as you are breathing and continue breathing in this rhythmic pattern,
You can start to say the words.
I am here now in this.
Use the tempo of your own breathing.
It can be faster.
It can be slower.
Simply allow these words and the rhythm of your breathing to fill and infuse,
Fill your body and infuse your being.
Dedicated and surrendered at the same time.
If you notice yawning just let it come If you notice tingling,
Just be aware of it.
If you notice thinking,
That's okay.
Coming and going.
You One continuous wave.
Any twitches happening in the body.
A shake maybe That's ok,
Just let it come.
This is a natural release of your nervous system,
Shifting into the gear of rest.
And healing.
As we're nearing in to the end of our breathing session,
I invite you to increase the intensity of your breathing.
And maybe you want to double the tempo for half a minute or so Then relax into your flowy pattern again.
Any question,
Any challenge that may arise about your breathing or the process,
You're really very welcome to ask it in the chat.
Now the thing is weird to ask and the chances are very big that somebody else has the same question,
Either in this group or in our bigger circle of journeyers.
And I'm glad to help with.
Any tips or advice?
After this session,
You're welcome to remain as you are.
Eyes closed for at least a couple of minutes.
Or as long as you like Then check the chat for my introduction texts for the coming weeks.
You can now return to a normal breathing pattern slowly,
Remaining with closed eyes.
And in a couple of seconds I will close our call for this week.
I look forward to next week.
You can remain as you are,
No need to say goodbye.
Just stay as you are.
Happy Journey.
