So let's find a way to sit comfortably and relax.
Aligned,
Balanced.
Let's notice our breathing.
Where and how do you feel that breathing is happening right now?
Is it the air rushing through?
Your nose.
Your throat Is it your belly and or your chest?
That moves as the air flows in.
As the lungs expand.
Gently push aside the lower intestines to make space for air.
Is it even more subtle maybe,
The change of temperature in your chest area as you breathe in?
Can you feel even deeper maybe into your cells that are with every breath nourished with oxygen?
Relief.
Of carbon dioxide.
And maybe,
If that is happening,
You can also be aware.
Of other processes in the body.
Maybe your metabolism?
Helped.
By deeper breathing.
Makes itself felt or heard.
Maybe some movement is happening in the belly.
Maybe some growling.
Maybe you can become aware of.
Sensations like your blood rushing through your veins in certain places.
Maybe you can feel the rhythmic beating of your heart.
Allowing the shoulders to drop and any other tension.
Unnecessary tension in the body that's happening.
Allowing it to release.
We're used to speaking about five or maybe six senses.
But in fact we have many more antennas.
Inward and outward,
That give us information about how we are.
In the moment,
In our orientation towards Narc.
Surroundings.
You you and the feeling of your inner body.
As Eckhart Tolle likes to call it.
Is continuously changing.
Landscape of sensations.
And in these meditations,
These practices,
We practice at becoming more and more skilled,
More and more attuned to the processes happening in our awareness,
Giving us information.
About our own being,
Our surroundings,
Our health.
Our feelings and emotions.
As we rest deeper and deeper and allow more and more full breaths.
We become more and more finely attuned.
To these very subtle this very subtle language.
Of the felt sense.
Just breathing for a couple of minutes now.
Looking around in this inner landscape.
Pulsations.
Temperature.
Tingling.
Pressure.
Sound.
Spaciousness and lightness.
Ever-changing landscape of inner.
Awareness.
As thoughts are maybe occurring,
Notice that they too are part of your inner landscape.
Ever-changing Some very loud.
These are just the wisps.
Now we are not the voices in our head.
And we are not the sensations that appear to us in our inner landscape,
Our felt sense.
We are the one who hears and sees it.
Here we practice to be.
Unconditionally present.
Any sensation that arises.
We don't need to attach meaning to it.
Although meaningless.
And meaningfulness may appear when we're clear.
You are welcome to remain as you are for a couple of minutes or as long as you want.
And in a couple of moments I will.
Close this meditation.
The space for sharing remains wide open in the chats.
