Transcript

Now we will go deep inside you and start to relax.

Each breath you take slowly and easily takes you deeper inside yourself and more deeply relaxed.

This session is a session to deeply relax you and to find a deep spot inside you where you are calm and relaxed.

Notice your breath.

Notice the feeling of air flowing smoothly in and out of your body.

Notice how your whole body relaxes more with each breath.

Notice how with each breath your mind becomes calmer and more relaxed and is emptying of all thoughts.

All those thoughts can wait until tomorrow.

Right now,

Now is a time to relax and feel your breath relaxing you.

As you relax your body,

You imagine your body as a series of balloons with air valves attached that let the air out of these balloons.

Begin by feeling your feet.

Feel the air valve open in your feet.

Feel the air flowing out slowly and your feet becoming relaxed and floppy.

Feel any tension draining through that valve leaving your feet feeling warm,

Loose and floppy.

Feel your legs.

Feel the valve in your legs open and feel the air moving out and leaving your legs like deflated balloons.

Feel the air blowing out slowly leaving two flaccid legs feeling relaxed,

So relaxed.

Feel the valve near your bottom open.

Feel the air moving out slowly relaxing those muscles.

Feel how relaxed your bottom is becoming,

So relaxed,

So free of tension,

So relaxed.

Feel your back valve open letting the air out.

But it comes all that tension,

The air flowing out slowly as your back sinks lower and lower on the bed.

All the muscles in your back relax and sink into the bed feeling so good,

Deeper and deeper into the bed.

Feel the belly button valve open and the air flowing out.

Each breath you take relaxes your belly more and more.

Your belly releases the tension that lies within it.

Any thoughts you've been holding onto,

Any residual pain or tension you've been storing in your belly is now drifting away out of the valve and away forever.

Feel your arms and shoulder valve open,

The air rushing out,

Relaxing you,

Calming you.

Your breath is so slow and calm,

So slow and calm and relaxed.

Your arms feel so loose and flabby.

Your arms cannot be moved,

They feel so heavy and flaccid.

Your shoulders are sinking even now deeply into the bed and relaxing,

Relaxing,

Relaxing you deeply.

Your neck valve now opens and relaxation starts to flow through your neck as all tension slowly flows away.

Your neck sinks deeply into the bed as your breath blows away any residual pain or tension and your neck is fully able to relax,

Finally and deeply relax.

What a wonderful feeling.

Your face and head valve now opens,

Your forehead relaxing so deeply and your face and head sinks down deeply,

Deeply down into the bed.

Deeply down deeper than ever before,

Your face feeling so deeply relaxed.

Feeling all that calm that comes with each and every breath you now take,

Those calming breaths so slow,

Relaxing you deeply.

Your face is melting down now,

It's so relaxed.

Pay attention now to the valve at the top of your head and the valve at the bottom of your feet.

Feel the flow of air and relaxation from your feet to your head and your head to your feet.

What a deep and wonderful feeling of relaxation.

As you continue to observe and feel this deep relaxing pulse and each time the pulse moves to your head and your feet,

You are moving into a deeper state of relaxation.

This pulse from your head to your feet and your feet to your head in time with your breath is guiding you now into a deep relaxed state.

To a place where your unconscious mind is listening to me,

It's creating a wonderful life for you.

You are now starting to feel light and energized as you deeply relax and move into a deeply relaxed state.

Imagine your relaxed body as a vessel,

A transparent vessel with a small light in your solar plexus.

Watch this light as it gradually grows,

Slowly growing along with your wonderful feelings.

It's getting brighter,

It's getting lighter,

It's getting bigger and encompassing your chest and belly now.

Its brightness is incredible and you are feeling wonderful as this light grows bigger and brighter,

Filling your body with wonderful feelings.

The light is now so big it fills your whole body and is so bright that the fantastic feelings you have are the most wonderful you have ever felt.

This wonderful light now grows outside your body,

Connecting you to the universe in the most profound of ways.

Your light now helps to light the universe and your wonderful feelings have doubled and they double again.

As your amazing light continues to light the universe,

You are listening deeply to a new script you are learning.

This script is changing your life profoundly in wonderful ways and helping your light shine brighter and lighter and stronger than ever.

Food is your friend.

It builds you from the inside.

It feeds you and keeps you healthy.

You no longer have to believe your old script,

Your script that says you must eat and eat and eat.

You will now delete that script and replace that old useless script with a new and better script.

This new script helps your light shine brighter and stronger than ever before.

From this moment on,

You only eat when you are hungry.

You only eat when you are hungry.

You only eat when your body tells you that you need to eat.

You only eat when you feel that your body is missing the food and vitamins it needs.

Eating only when you feel hungry helps your light shine brighter and lighter and stronger than ever before.

You love the feeling of being slightly hungry.

You adore the feeling of being light and empty.

And you love the feeling of sitting down to a meal when you feel hungry and eating until you feel satisfied.

And then no more.

What a wonderful feeling.

Sitting down at your dinner table,

Feeling empty and ready for food,

Smelling and admiring all those delicious smells and then eating and really tasting and admiring all the flavors as you eat until you are satisfied.

And no more.

Because you only eat when you are hungry.

Eating only when you feel hungry helps your light shine brighter and lighter and stronger than ever.

Feel your light brightly lighting up the universe as you feel so wonderful right now.

You only eat the food you know powers you and energizes you.

You stay away from food that weakens you and sickens you.

You love to eat the right food and you hate to eat the wrong food.

You feel wonderful eating the right food and feeling so good and healthy that you are always so energized and healthy because of the good food and drink you eat.

What a wonderful feeling.

And you are doing so well integrating this new and important script into your life.

Your life is changing for the better because you have now made the choice to put this script to work.

This script that says you only eat when you are hungry and then you shine brightly and lightly.

You only eat when you are hungry and then you shine brightly and lightly.

You only eat when you are hungry and then you shine brightly and lightly.

It's okay to feel bored without food.

It's fine to feel bored without something in your mouth.

Use that boredom to drive you to do something interesting.

Or simply to relax like you're doing right now.

Relax and feel your wonderful feelings.

It's your choice.

Feel your body,

Feel the hunger and just be with it.

Relax into it.

When it's time to relax,

You now can deeply relax.

When your friends are around,

You can simply relax and be with them if you want to.

It's your choice and you shine brightly and lightly.

Remember,

You only eat when you are hungry.

As you now make this script part of your life,

You feel wonderful and light as you think it.

Your light is shining brighter and lighter and stronger and you feel so wonderful right now.

If you feel full,

You'll remember this wonderful feeling and eat only when you feel hungry.

You will now start to rise out of this relaxed state and enter a deep and pleasurable state of feeling wonderful.

As you either go to sleep or awake and go about your day.

As I count down from five to one,

You'll rise out of your relaxation and feel so wonderful,

Bright and light.

As you do what you need to do.

Five.

Four.

Three.

Two.

One.

I’m a food addict. I try to do this meditation every morning as often as I can, preferably before I’ve done anything else and I’m still sleepy. I notice I’m eating less and having fewer cravings. This meditation is such a lifesaver for me.
