Dr. Howard Johnson is a Clinical Psychologist and diploma qualified teacher of Mindfulness Meditation, having trained at the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice, University of Wales, Bangor. He has helped many people, including himself, who struggle with their emotions to live happy and rewarding lives. His teachings draw on both health science and traditional Buddhist practice, hoping to inspire, to calm and to connect with the fullness and grace of our present moment reality.
