
When The World Feels Heavy | Evening Meditation On Belonging
Some evenings, the weight of the world feels like too much. When the news feels overwhelming. When your heart is carrying grief, uncertainty or concern for things you can't control. When you can't quite find the distance between what's happening out there and what you're feeling inside. This is a practice I return to on those nights, too. Together, we'll gently create space around what feels heavy, soften the grip of anxious thoughts and reconnect with something larger than the worries of this moment. Through grounding breath, reflection and a sense of connection to the earth, the night sky, and your own belonging, you'll be reminded that you don't have to carry everything alone. This is a meditation for overwhelm, anxiety, grief, sensitive souls, life transitions and anyone who needs a moment to remember they belong here.
