Start by planting your feet at the bottom of your chair.

Adjust your feet so that they are comfortable.

Imagine roots growing from the bottom of your soles of your feet into the earth.

Imagine all of the roots spreading out one by one to receive nourishment from the ground.

Call all your energy back to you.

Send others energy back to them with love.

Call all your energy back to you.

Release others energy back to them with love.

This is a safe place to look deep into your heart for what you really want.

It is safe to look deeply into your intentions and what you want to set.

It is safe for you to listen to your intuition.

Imagine your awareness dropping from your brain down into your heart.

Place your hand over your heart and call light to yourself.

Fill your heart up with light.

Beautiful shimmering gold light.

If you feel so inclined you can ask your heart right now.

My heart tells me and then allow it to finish the sentence.

You're now ready to start journaling with intention.

Come back to this track anytime you feel like you need to be grounded and you need to feel like it's safe to check in to your deepest desires.

Just the little grounding needed before my morning journaling. Ends a little abruptly but it's still a goodie ❤️
