Close your eyes and step into the image of a tree growing within you - roots sinking deep, a trunk steady and alive, branches reaching toward light. Through breath and presence, you’ll release tension and open to nourishment, resilience, and calm. Welcome,

Find a comfortable seat or lie down on the floor.

Soften your gaze and allow your eyes to close and take a slow,

Deep breath in and out.

Allow your body to arrive in this space safe and supported.

Imagine a tree growing within you.

Its roots begin at the soles of your feet,

Sinking deep into the earth,

Threading through the mycelial web beneath the forest floor,

The web that connects all life,

All beings and all energy.

Feel the grounding and the support and the belonging.

Take a few breaths here.

Let yourself release tension,

Fear,

Exhaustion,

And draw in calm nourishment and inner strength.

Now,

Bring your awareness up through your spine,

Your core,

And your heart.

Feel the trunk of your tree,

Steady,

Resilient,

And alive.

Now turn your attention.

Now turn your attention to your arms,

Your branches.

Feel their reach,

Their openness,

Their ability to flex and move with life's winds.

Take a deep inhale and exhale.

Now,

Simply listen.

Invite your body to speak.

What wants to emerge?

Where is their tension,

Discomfort,

Or emotion that's being held?

Where is the vitality waiting to flow?

Breathe into those spaces.

Allow thoughts,

Feelings,

Images,

Or sensations to surface.

There's no need to control them or do anything with them.

Just notice and let them move.

If it helps,

You can gently ask your inner tree,

What do you need me to know?

Where is my strength today?

And listen with patience,

Presence,

And care.

Feel the wisdom of your roots,

The flexibility of your branches,

The strength of your trunk.

Notice any shifts in body,

Mind,

Or heart.

And when you are ready,

Begin to return your awareness to the body as it sits or lies.

Wriggle your fingers and your toes and feel the ground supporting you on your seat or on your back.

Take a deep grounding breath and exhale fully.

You carry this rooted,

Flexible strength within you.

Your inner tree,

Connected with the web of life,

Is always within you.

Always ready to guide you,

Steady you,

And help you within the flow of change.
