Acceptance releases your control over something.
A person,
A situation,
An attitude,
A belief.
Acceptance helps you relax,
Untighten,
Be at peace.
Accepting gives you a youthful spirit because it means you are open to new possibilities.
It helps you let go of things and feel refreshed and centered rather than bitter.
But it's hard,
Right?
It can take time to get used to new ways of thinking.
Your whole world can turn upside down in an instant for any number of reasons outside of your control.
And then how are you supposed to feel?
Trapped?
Scared?
Resentful?
Grateful?
Relieved?
Accepting?
Acceptance is a process.
Letting go is rejuvenating.
Change is good.
Let's get calm and take three deep breaths.
