Welcome beautiful soul.
I invite you now to find a comfortable place somewhere you feel safe,
Supported and at ease.
Allow your body to settle knowing that this time is just for you.
Take a slow deep breath in through your nose and let it gently flow out through your mouth.
With every inhale welcoming calm,
With every exhale allow what you no longer need to melt away.
As your breath finds its natural rhythm bring awareness to your body.
Notice the weight of your body being supported by the earth beneath you.
Feel the ground,
The bed,
The cushion holding you,
Reminding you you don't have to carry it all alone.
You are supported here.
Now gently scan your body from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.
If you notice tension soften it with your breath.
If you notice heaviness simply acknowledge it.
There is no need to push it away.
Everything you feel is welcome here.
Pause and place a gentle hand over your heart.
Feel its steady rhythm,
A reminder that you are alive,
That you have survived so much and that your heart has carried you through every storm.
You may have known trauma,
You may have to walk through moments where you felt impossible to keep going and yet you are here breathing,
Healing,
Becoming.
With each inhale whisper to yourself I am safe now.
With each exhale whisper I release the past.
Now imagine a soft golden light above your head.
This light is warm,
Comforting and deeply healing.
It begins to pour down slowly,
Touching the crown of your head,
Relaxing your skull,
Your face,
Your jaw.
Allow it to flow into your shoulders,
Melting away burdens you've carried for too long.
This golden light travels down your arms,
Into your hands,
Releasing all that does not serve you.
Feel it flow through your chest,
Softening your heart,
Dissolving old wounds.
This is where your strength has always lived,
Beneath the scars,
Beneath the pain.
Allow your breath to carry this healing energy deeper and deeper into every cell of your being.
The light continues to flow through your belly,
Your hips,
Your legs until it reaches the soles of your feet.
Here it roots you into the earth,
Grounding you,
Reminding you that you are safe,
Supported and deeply connected.
Take a moment to breathe here.
Notice the peace that is beginning to grow inside you.
This peace is not something outside of you,
It's yours.
It has always been here waiting for your return.
Now in this stillness,
I invite you to see yourself standing at the edge of a wide river.
On the other side of the river is your freedom,
Your happiness,
Your full aliveness.
In your hands you carry a small bundle.
Inside it are all the old stories,
The pain,
The heavy emotions that no longer belong to you.
When you are ready,
Place that bundle into the flowing water.
Watch as the river gently carries it away,
Further and further until it disappears completely.
Feel the space that is left within you.
This is a space for healing,
For love,
For new beginnings.
Breathe deeply,
Repeat softly to yourself,
I am more than what I've been through.
I am whole,
I am healing,
I am free.
Allow these words to sink into your heart like seeds and know that in their own time they will blossom.
Stay here for a few moments longer,
Simply breathing in peace,
Breathing out release.
Let gratitude fill your heart,

Bring gentle movement back into your body.
