Notice where your body is being held,
Allow yourself to feel that support as if the ground beneath you is gently rising to meet you,

Bring your awareness to the top of your head without needing to change anything,
Just notice.

Warmth,
Coolness,
Tingling or even the absence of sensation.
Let your awareness slowly drift down to your forehead,
Softening the space between your brows,
Let your eyes rest heavy in their sockets,
Soft and relaxed.
Unclench your jaw,
Allow a small space between your teeth,
Let your tongue rest naturally in your mouth.
Bring awareness to your neck,
The front,
The sides,
The back,
If there's any tightness here,
Just notice it without needing to fix it.
Sometimes simply being aware is enough for the body to begin softening.
Let your shoulders drop and as your body softens,
Reiki continues to flow gently through you,
Meeting tension without effort,
Supporting release in its own time.
As you rest here,
Begin to notice the rhythm of your breath in your body,
Maybe you feel it in your chest or your belly,
There's no right place.
Imagine your breath as a gentle wave moving through you with each inhale a soft expansion and with each exhale a natural release without forcing anything,
Just allowing.
If it feels right,
You might begin to sense that your exhale is slightly longer than your inhale,
This signals safety to your nervous system,

Bring awareness to your chest,

The space around your heart,

May your belly be soft,

You may begin to notice sensations in your body,
A gentle pulsing,
Warmth,
Shifting,
Maybe even a sense of energy moving,
This is your nervous system unwinding,

If you notice areas that feel tight or activated,
Just bring your awareness there softly,
Imagine your breath flowing into that space,
Like you're creating space from the inside.
Reiki is meeting you here,

So bring your awareness down to your hips,
Let them feel heavy,

Your thighs softening,

Your calves,

And finally your feet,
Notice the weight of your heels,

Feel Reiki energy gently grounding through the lower body,
Slowly,

Now begin to sense your whole body at once,
From head to toe,
Notice the aliveness within you,
And also the growing sense of stillness,
