Hello and welcome.
I'm so glad you have carved out this time for yourself today.
My name is Heeral and I'm here to hold space for you to practice,
Whether you're seeking a moment of peace,
A shift in perspective,
Or simply a chance to breathe,
You're exactly where you need to be.
Let's begin.
In this session,
We're exploring a letter to yourself.
This is a practice of self-compassion designed for the moments when you feel overwhelmed or simply tired.
We often look to the outside world for validation,
But today you're going to offer that grace to yourself.
Find a position that feels like an act of kindness to your body.
You may sit tall with a soft spine or lie down completely on your back,
Letting the ground take your full weight.
Let your hands rest naturally,
Gently close your eyes or keep a very soft gaze.
Take one deep breath in and as you exhale,
Feel your shoulders drop away from your ears.
Arrive here fully.
Now simply listen.
Let these words be a message from your own inner wisdom to the part of you that is listening right now.
Dear you,
Take a breath and acknowledge that you're doing your best.
If the world feels too loud lately or if your thoughts feel heavy,
Let this be your permission to just stop.
You don't need to be perfect to be worthy of this rest.
Notice your body.
If there is tension in your jaw or stiffness in your back,
Just notice it.
You don't have to fix it,
Just acknowledge it.
You have navigated every difficult day that has come your way so far.
You have found strength even when you felt you had none.
This moment,
This stress or this fatigue is just a passing cloud.
It is not who you are.
You are the sky,
Not the weather.
You are resilient and you're allowed to be a work in progress.
If you feel like you are starting over today,
This is okay.
Every breath is a fresh start.
You are deeply valued,
Not for what you achieve,
But simply because you exist.
Allow yourself to just be for this next few moments.
And remember,
You are enough as you are right now in this moment.
Sit with that thought,
Sit with it.
You are enough.
And slowly come back.
Thank you for allowing me to guide you today.
It is an honor to be part of your journey towards stillness.
If this practice helped you,
Please keep coming back to my sessions.
And if you have to stay longer with the thought of just being,
Of just feeling enough as you are right now,
Stay with it.
Until next time,
Stay gentle with yourself.
Namaste.
Lots of love and light.
