I'm Joy with High Vibes with Joy and today I'm going to channel Divine Source Energy to conduct a teaching on visualizing to create.
I would love to connect in to Divine Source Energy for my highest good and the highest good of everyone watching or listening at all times.
Welcome in Joy.
Welcome in viewers and listeners all around the world.
What a delightful topic to speak upon to teach the peoples of this world.
Will you each use your imagination to create visualizations in your mind?
Yes?
Most of this time it is you following the moving picture because there is an automated loop here that occurs in the mind.
Understand that this is not you.
This is not your identity or you are.
What is occurring up here in your mind?
You are an observer of your mind and what is being created here.
So you have your mind,
You have your body,
And you have your spirit.
You,
All of my dears,
Are your spirit.
This body that you have is not who you are either.
But it is quite useful.
Yes?
Just as your mind is quite useful.
You,
Your spirit,
You are using your body and your mind to experience the physical.
So now that we have gotten that out of the way,
You understand when your mind is playing a movie here,
You might be caught in a loop that you can disconnect it.
Just like snapping your finger and say,
Thank you my mind.
Thank you my brain.
I appreciate you.
We're going to play a different movie.
Think about if you are going to Netflix and chill.
You're going to relax and watch a movie.
Well,
You're going to decide which movie is playing.
Yes?
You must push a button here to make the choice.
Well,
Start making an effort here on consciously creating,
Using visualization,
Teaming up here with your mind.
You're not a victim here to your mind.
Your mind is waiting for you to tell it what to do.
Think about when you are walking a dog.
The dog doesn't get to choose here.
You are the one holding the lead,
The leash.
When you are telling that your doggy,
We're going this way now.
And then you are saying,
Okay,
We're turning here.
Come on.
That is like your mind.
Your mind is not running the show.
You,
Your spirit is running the show and your mind is following direction.
Okay,
There's a sidebar here they want to pull forward.
When you are triggered,
Painful memories can come in and this is like a movie that is playing.
So it is important to honor and hold space for these memories that are playing so that you may be able to heal.
We want to introduce this and Joy has useful resources on her website that will help heal.
So this is not to be brushed under the rug.
We want to make a differentiation here.
So you do not think that anything that comes up in your mind is meaningless.
Okay,
They're setting that to the side.
Now,
Let's take a proactive approach here.
So you are going to set intentions for segments or parts of your day.
So you can start with as you arise from slumber in the Lord.
Connect here into your heart center.
There's a connection you will feel an energetic exchange you will feel here,
Connecting into your soul.
So this means you're not up here,
Calibrating to your mind,
This loop.
You are here in your heart center connected in with your soul.
And from here,
You are using your mind as a tool.
Just like Joy can use her arm as a tool in conversation or her hand to raise it to expressing point.
You see how this works.
The arm is not moving up or the hand is not coming up on its own and Joy is not following it.
Joy is the one lifting her hand or her arm.
So you see Joy is the one calling the shots,
Like you are calling the shots.
So just like you might use your arm or your hand as a tool,
You are using your mind,
Your brain as a tool here.
It is not who you are.
So back to a proactive approach here.
You are connected in your heart center.
You are awaking from slumber in the morn and you are feeling appreciation.
So we would like you to match up feelings with thoughts.
You are using your mind to think.
And it is a moving picture,
Not a standstill picture.
And then you are feeling with it.
And this is how you create.
So for example,
You might wake up in the morning.
The first thing you might think here is,
I need to relieve my bladder.
But usually you can get your bearings here and say,
I appreciate this bed.
I feel safe.
I feel cozy.
And you are getting a little image here of how you slept throughout the night.
As you are putting your legs over the side of the bed to go to the laboratory to relieve your bladder,
You can be thinking,
I love you,
My legs,
My feet.
Thank you.
I appreciate you.
I love you,
My house.
I appreciate you.
Maybe you are reminiscing on when you purchased your house or you signed a lease agreement.
And you were moving your stuff in.
And you feel so appreciative.
So you are appreciating everything around you.
So this is how you can be proactive here.
Now,
When you are setting a goal,
Or going about carrying a task,
It is nice to have something on your mind that you might be looking forward to that has not been created yet.
Now appreciation is how you are able to maintain your vibratory stance.
And now let's speak about more of an in-depth visualization here.
So maybe as you are preparing your breakfast or cleaning up from having prepared your breakfast,
You are thinking about the next home that you will purchase.
So you are seeing yourself in a video here,
It is a moving picture.
And you are matching up with the feelings to it.
And you are excited.
You are relieved.
You have found the perfect home that will meet your needs.
The payment is just right.
You feel so good about this.
The space is perfect.
You are seeing yourself look around the home and walk around it and picture where the furniture will be placed.
You are seeing the keys being delivered and you are holding them and you are opening the door.
Oh,
This feels so good.
So do you see how you are playing this in your mind?
Now,
You are not wondering,
Well,
What if I don't get approved for that home?
How will I get approved?
How will it work to move my furniture in here?
I will need to buy furniture.
Let's set that to the side and let the universe surprise and delight you and focus on what you do want and allow everything to fall into place.
You don't need to know the hows.
You don't need to know the whys.
This might seem too good to be true.
But visualizing is a very important focus here in creating or as some prefer to define it as manifesting.
Now this can be done for ordinary things as well.
Let's say that you are suffering from an illness that causes you to feel a lot of pain in your physical body.
And your emotions are wrapped up in this as well.
And you are feeling frustrated because of this pain that you are feeling.
This causes you to ponder upon what you are missing out on.
So we are going to flip this around.
And we are going to visualize here total health.
If you want to focus on one body part,
This you can do.
It is up to you if you would like to start small and build from here.
Let's say that you have lost your sense of smell and taste.
And it has been frustrating for you.
So what you are doing here is you are visualizing yourself.
And you can smell and you can taste.
And you are excited about it to remember your feelings are matching up here with what is occurring in this movie you are creating,
Teaming up with your mind.
And you are enjoying a food that you have not been able to taste in quite some time.
So you are allowing yourself to feel this and to see this.
And it is not hoping,
Wishing upon a star.
It is not needing.
It is not coming from a place of lack.
You are prepaving the path here.
And you are understanding that you are the creator of your own reality.
And you are allowing yourself to match up with the vibratory stance,
The frequency of this.
If you can imagine yourself meshing energies here with the version of yourself that has this.
And you are allowing this to occur.
You are matching energies with this version of you that can taste,
That can smell.
Is everything instantaneous?
No.
Do not give up before you've allowed yourself to practice the vibration of this so that you can match up with it.
Everything is a practice.
Maintaining your vibration is a practice.
And this is one component of creating that we are sharing with you today.
