Today I'm going to channel divine source energy to conduct a healing on healing painful memories.

You are connected.
Our dear Joy.
We are going to conduct a healing here on painful memories.
Drop down into your heart center.
Open your energy in order to receive in a whole and complete manner.
You are each deserving of this to be healed.
There is trauma that occurs during one's life.
This can incur painful memories.
When you are triggered and painful memories arise,
Allow yourself to honor yourself while experiencing these painful memories.
I am honoring myself as I am feeling this pain.
I am not going to sweep this under the rug.
I am holding space for myself and this is how I am honoring myself as I am feeling this pain.
These memories are brought up to the surface.
I am safe now.
I am allowing myself to feel the feelings of being safe.
I am allowing myself to feel comforted.
Take some deep breaths in through the nose,
Out through the mouth.
I am allowing myself to feel relief.
I am allowing myself to float in the feelings of being cared for,
Being loved,
Being safe.
I am sitting with myself at the age that I was in this memory,
Whether that to be a child or an adult,
And I am comforting myself.
I am showing myself that I am safe.
I am allowing restoration.
I am allowing myself to be filled with peace.
This is a personal healing.
I do not need another to be involved in this healing to make amends or to spout out apologies or to even show changed behavior.
My peace,
My safety,
My happiness is not dependent on another individual.
I am loved because I am.
There's no requirement here that another be involved in me receiving love.
I am loved because I am.
I am safe.
I am protected.
I can call upon my angels to comfort me,
To provide protection.
When I call upon them,
I am aware of them,
For they are there,
Even when they are not on my mind.
Thank you,
My angels,
My spiritual team,
For providing this support for me.
I am never alone.
I am guided.
I am protected.
I am comforted.
We're going to show you at this time how to hold space for yourself.
So gather the energy of this painful memory,
This experience,
And on an energetic level,
Hold it out in front of you.
This is not who I am.
I am not identifying with this circumstance.
I understand this was painful.
And I'm holding space for myself as I work through this pain,
As I heal this pain.
So picture an energetic bubble up here and place the hurt,
The painful memory inside of this energetic bubble.
And here you are holding space for yourself and your feelings.
It is no longer meshed in with your energy.
And you are able to observe this from a new perspective.
From here,
Healing can be delivered.
Allow this for yourself.
This is a practice.
Do this for yourself in a consistent manner.
Practice this.
Allow yourself to be healed.
You are well in these words.
