Hello and welcome.

I'm Joy from High Vibes is Joy and today I will channel Divine Source Energy and conduct a healing on the subject of surrendering as part of the healing process.

I'm going to go ahead and connect in to Divine Source Energy for my highest good and the highest good of everyone watching at all times.

Welcome in Joy.

Welcome in viewers all around the world.

We would like each of you to open up your energy to allow healing.

If it helps you may set your hand upon your heart center.

Here you are able to connect in with your soul.

Take some deep breaths here in through your nose,

Out through your mouth.

I am open for healing.

I am going to learn how to surrender here.

This means that I am letting my guard down and I am letting go of any resentments that I am holding.

I'm going to picture a stream of water in front of me and I'm going to pull out the resentments that I have been holding here.

They are tied to painful memories.

They are tied to someone not devaluing me,

Someone not respecting me.

I'm going to pull these out of my energy,

My energy body at this time.

I'm going to see that I am going to surrender.

This means I am letting go of what I have been holding on to.

I'm recognizing this has been poisoning my body and I am ready to release it at this time.

I'm going to set it in the stream of water that I am imagining that is in front of me.

I'm continuing my breathing in through the nose,

Out through the mouth.

As I am breathing in,

I am breathing in strength.

I am breathing in clarity.

With my exhale,

I have let go.

I am doing this for me.

I am setting myself free here.

I will do this as many times as I feel it rise up again for me.

I am lighter.

I am allowing myself to float.

I have released this.

I feel free.

I am grateful for the healing.
