What does carrying shame affect one's vibration? Welcome, I'm joy from high vibes with joy and I channel divine source energy, So I'm going to channel the divine on this topic I would love to connect in to divine source energy for my highest good And the highest good of everyone watching at all times Welcome in our dear joy women viewers all around the world shame is of a low vibratory stance many who carry shame in their vibration are victims of their circumstances Now we will give you one example here of how you are able to Help yourself in this situation if you were the victim of An action that took place that violated your rights That humiliated you that made you feel less than understand the Perpetrator here the wrongdoer Felt bad about him or herself and this is why He or she was able to conduct these atrocities So what we are going to do is we are going to gather the hurts the fears the resentments And we're going to gather these up in a vibrational manner So you are pulling them from your energetic body your physical body your emotional body And you were saying You no longer have a place here. I Am no longer identifying with this shame. I am releasing you now it helps to hold a space for yourself in a vibrational bubble and What you are doing here is you are holding space for yourself for the feelings of hurt and betrayal that you feel and When they're up here in an emotional bubble They are no longer meshed in with your energy And you were able to heal these feelings from this viewpoint this perspective You are able to push any sort of Memories that come about back to the offender Or simply release these Now you will notice a difference in your vibration here You will feel later You will feel free You might start to feel a little bit more creative You might start to feel pretty or handsome You might start to feel peace within your heart center This is a practice But we do want you to understand here that shame Does affect you on a vibrational level? It is pinning you down It is like hold bird and not allowing the bird to be able to use its wings to fly so if you would like to picture as You are allowing any feelings that come up for you to be placed in this vibrational bubble that you are setting this bird free and You are allowing it to fly feel the relief here Take some deep breaths in through your nose out through your mouth Allow yourself to practice this You are allowing healing to take place You are Recognizing that shame was pinning you down And now you are allowing yourself to be free with this We shall bid you a good day All right.
