Good morning beautiful one and welcome to the beginning of a great day.
And how do I know it's gonna be a great day?
Because we are the creators of our life.
We are the creators of our day and too often we forget this.
We forget that we have this power and so we accept the day that's presented to us.
But today is gonna be different.
Today we have a clean slate,
A blank slate.
And we can write on it whatever we please.
So let's do just that.
Get in a comfortable seated position.
And when you're ready to do so simply close your eyes.
Now let's take a deep breath together.
Inhale deeply.
Slowly exhale.
Let's do it one more time.
Inhale deeply strong.
Slow as you can release.
Tune into the stillness.
Tune into the feeling of relaxation.
Now let's set an intention for this day that we're gonna create.
I want you to think about a feeling.
I want you to think about the feeling that you want to feel today.
Maybe you want to feel more happy.
Maybe you want to feel more loved.
Maybe you want to feel more abundant or more excited or more passionate.
Maybe you want to feel more connected and less alone.
Whatever that feeling is that you want to feel today imagine what it feels like right now.
Try to describe the feeling in your mind.
If you were feeling it right now how would it feel?
What would be happening inside your mind and inside your body?
Continue to sit with this feeling for the next few moments.
Now as you return to your day,
As you face the day,
As it unfolds for you,
Remember this feeling so that as situations occur,
Certain things happen throughout the day and you feel the opposite of this feeling,
This intention.
You can bring yourself back to the creation of how you want to feel.
So if you feel lonely reach out to a friend.
Talk to a stranger.
If you want to feel more happy,
Smile more.
Dance more.
So go out there and face today and remember that whatever you want to feel you can feel.
With conscious effort and intention this day can be the greatest day of your life if you allow it to be.
So again good morning and let this be a good morning.
Namaste.
You
