This is Hestan Renick and welcome to this practice of opening a line of communication with your higher self.
I want to first thank you for joining me today and more importantly,
I want you to think yourself.
It can be hard sometimes to take time to sit with yourself,
So be proud in this moment that you have the willingness and the courage to do just that.
So go ahead and find a comfortable seat.
Lay with your hands in your lap or on your knees.
Let's tune in with our breath.
Go ahead and take one deep breath.
And another.
Go ahead and inhale.
And slowly exhale.
And one more.
Feel the lungs filling.
And slowly exhale.
Now go ahead and slowly close your eyes and just allow your breath to flow normally and naturally.
Now let's take a moment and tune into our bodies.
And listen to what's there.
You know,
Our bodies can tell us all sorts of things if we just take the time to listen.
So while you breathe,
I want you to try to feel what your body is telling you.
The small minute details and the sensations your body feels on a second to second basis.
Maybe you can feel the cooling of the air on your nostrils as you inhale.
Or the warming as you exhale.
Maybe you feel tight muscle somewhere in your back.
Maybe it's an itch that's creeping in.
Go ahead and listen to your body.
Feel what it's saying.
Don't judge it.
Don't try to change the feeling.
Just feel it.
Just listen.
Okay.
Go ahead and release your focus and just feel your breath for a moment.
All right.
Now I want you to visualize a line on the ground between your legs.
A white line.
So running through the center of where you're sitting,
There's a white line that stretches forever in front of you.
As far as you can see.
If you turn around in your mind,
The white line stretches forever behind you as well.
This is your lifeline.
The timeline of your life.
So you can go backwards and you can follow this line through your younger years.
You can view the moments and the memories of all those times.
All those times behind you that shaped who you are to bring you here.
Right here.
Right now.
Moving on this white line in this moment.
But today we're going to be moving forward on this white line.
We want to see what lies ahead of us on this timeline.
So in your mind,
I want you to take a look at this line.
Look down.
And now let's start moving forward on this line into the future.
As you move forward,
You'll see some of your future start to pass you by.
You'll see some future memories that haven't happened yet.
You'll see new opportunities that you haven't experienced yet,
But you will.
Keep going forward on this line.
As you move along,
You see mistakes that you'll make and you'll learn from.
Keep going.
As you move further down the line,
You see yourself getting more mature.
Wiser as you move down this line.
Kinder as you move down this line.
As the years go by,
You see yourself becoming more of who you truly want to be.
Keep floating down this line.
As you continue to move through your future,
You see there's so many amazing experiences that life has yet to gift you with.
So many times of joy,
So many moments of happiness,
Struggles,
Yes,
But so much abundance.
Now wherever you are on this lifeline,
On this white line,
I want you to stop.
Stop right now and take a look around.
Where are you right now?
When are you right now?
What do you look like at this moment?
What are you wearing?
Is there anybody with you?
What are you doing at this moment?
Think about what sort of person you are in this moment.
Now I want you to think about how you feel at this very moment as you sit on this white line in your future timeline and you look around,
How do you feel?
Maybe you feel joyful or abundant,
Impactful,
Maybe confident or empowered or maybe simply content.
I want you to think of two words that perfectly exemplify how you feel in this very moment in your future experience.
Once you have those two words,
I want you to repeat those words in your mind for me.
Go ahead and repeat those words.
Your mind strays,
It's okay,
Simply graciously and with love guide your mind back to those two words.
I'll go ahead and mind the time.
Just repeat those two words in your mind.
Go ahead and mind the time.
Go ahead and mind the time.
Go ahead and mind the time.
Go ahead and mind the time.
Go ahead and mind the time.
Okay,
Let's go ahead and take a deep breath to really anchor in those feelings.
Go ahead and inhale for me and slowly exhale.
Now I want you to take a moment and realize the impact of what you just did.
You just created a direct line into your future that's no longer just a questionable state of emotions.
You have experienced this specific version of your future,
Which means your brain will now look for reasons to create this version of reality.
In other words,
You've created an inevitable timeline to experience the feelings that you just felt.
Furthermore,
You've created a mantra that can tie you back into that future reality whenever and wherever you want.
That's a powerful thing,
My friend,
A very powerful thing.
Let's go ahead and take one more deep breath to just further anchor this feeling in.
Go ahead and inhale for me.
Let's slowly let it out.
Now very slowly and gently,
Go ahead and open your eyes.
